Important thing to know about getting an eBike, make sure you research what the real height ranges are. This one is a good fit for me at 6'2". If you're under 5'4", it's a stretch. The bike arrived packaged well. Assembly is easy, even easier when watching the video. You get all you need, minus a helmet. Riding on rough terrain is no problem, it gives a smooth ride. I haven't have to run through all the or many of the gears. This has all sorts of power, even in the low ranges. This bike has a lot great features, the lights, the "instrument panel" rear bike rack and mounting points for a front basket/rack give a lot of functionality for this. This is my first ebike. Overall I'm satisfied. I love the color. I watch the videos and put it together by myself at my advanced age. Directions are easy to follow. Today I had my fist ride. Its a learning experience since it's my first ebike. Overall it rides nicely. Folds easily. Strong pedal assist. Just the right size. The bike did have some dents and scratches.
