It took a little getting used to, but overall I really like the bike. My only complaint is the chain/gear system is equipped for a 20mph bike, not a 28mph bike. I can actively pedal assist through PAS 1-2 but PAS 3-5 you basically can't pedal as they spin too fast to add any active pedal assist. I am going to solve by taking to local bike shop to have a bigger front chain ring put on, maybe a 52T or 54T so I can actively pedal at higher PAS. But beyond that, everything has been great on the bike and put over 100 miles on it in the first week! ... show more

It’s a really good looking piece of machinery and has a very solid build. Here’s the problem with this bike… for a folding bike, it’s just too heavy. It really defeats the purpose. Despite the fact that it’s a good piece of machinery it really was a total waste of money for my needs. I wish that I had not purchased it. So, if you don’t need the bike to fold and be really mobile, it might be the right choice for you. It has a lot of torque And everybody comments on how good it looks. It’s been great, haven’t ridden bike over 30 years was afraid couldn’t handle the power-but it’s perfect. Just right amount of boost for that big hill. Got 60 miles logged so far, maybe at 100, I’ll quit wearing the elbow pads. Keep up with others just fine an my battery life far surpassed theirs.
