I love the design of the bike. It was easy to assemble. However, the seat is uncomfortable. But to be fair, I don’t have much of a rear end. The directions were easy to follow, and the warranty was easy to register. The tools you will need come with the bike, so no worries there. As of now, everything seems to be in order. I live in Florida, so it took a few days to get to me. But FedEx came through with no problems. Overall, I would definitely order again. ... show more

We bought two bikes and so far im very impressed, we have put 56 miles on them and the power is shocking and the battery seems infinite, the build quality is better then expected. The packing was top notch. My only complaint is the seat, after two days of riding my butt hurt for two days, so we ordered different seats no problem. My battery is kinda jiggly but saw a youtube video on how to fix it. Overall i would highly recommend this bike, i had so much fun riding it cant wait to ride more. ... show more

This bike is absolutely amazing. I have only have had it 2 days but this has been so much fun for myself and kids. I put a child seat on the back with a strap and they love taking turns. The bike is easy to put together and easy to operate! So far so good!!
