So far this seems to be a great e-bike for the price the F6 model I ordered came with a 20AH battery and was easy to assemble. I did replace the seat post with a suspension seat post but everything else is stock. Seems well built and arrived in just a few days. This is my second e-bike and it is better than the Senada I had before.

The bike is very easy to assemble and is very comfortable to ride especially up hills. The bike is of very good quality and has enough power to get up the steep hills in Vermont. Also there are many different colors to choose from. No missing parts. You get extras and a tool kit.

I spent weeks searching for an e-bike that would work for me as a large person being 6"2' and 310 lbs and this bike works amazingly. It is super comfortable for all sizes, with seat and handle bar height being adjustable and even comes with a suspension seat post and front suspension. The bike also comes with a massive 48v 20ah battery which is much larger than everything else in this price range and even more expensive bikes as well. You can take this thing on long trips and don't have to worry and have anxiety about the battery dying. It also comes with front & rear fenders, head and brake lights, a bell & and a durable rear rack pre-attatched. The motor is 750w with 1000w peak and has no problem going up hills and up to 28mph or more if you're going downhill. Shipping process was great. They ship from California so the bike came ahead of time. Assembly was pretty simple as bike was 90% put together already and I only had to put on the front wheel & fender, head and brake lights, seat, handle bars & peddles. I did have some problems with both the front and back wheel rotors rubbing on the brake pads when I spun the tires, but this was easily fixed by adjusting the pads after watching a youtube tutorial. The bike comes with a great user manual that walks you through everything as well. There are also plenty of videos on youtube you can follow along to for the entire bike assembly process. The bike came with a multi tool and some wrenches to put the bike together which was all I needed, however on all the youtube videos I saw their bikes came with a pump to air up the tires and mine didn't so I had to get my own. The bike comes with two keys so you have a spare. My battery came 100% charged already and the reported battery range is accurate and incredible - especially since I am 6'2' and 310 lbs so the battery and motor work even harder than if I was smaller. My first ride I went 21 miles and still had almost half the battery left and that was with me purposely riding it fast to test speeds & using the throttle a lot to go up hills with no issue. You can get even better battery life by using the peddle assist. I was also able to get 28 mph comfortably on the bike which is super impressive for the 750w motor. You can unlock the speed in the settings by press & holding the "up" & "down" arrow buttons, then scrolling to "p08" and changing the value to 100. The bike also folds up for easy storage and the handle bar and peddles do as well which makes it super compact if you wan't to put it in a car or closet or something. The battery can also be removed if you want to bring it inside to charge away from the rest of the bike. The bike also comes with 3"x20" tires which makes it work well for all terrains whether you're on paved streets, offroad, snow, grass, sand, etc. It really is a well thought out bike and will work for pretty much all the needs a regular person should have. I wouldn't take this thing mountain biking and doing jumps though as it's pretty heavy at over 60 lbs with the battery and the suspension is good enough but not the best. The bike & battery are also IPX4 water resistant and safe to ride in heavy rain per their manufacture website (EDIT: after reading the owner’s manual more closely I noticed a small section that says the bike is not meant to be ridden in wet conditions and it should be avoided when possible - which is misleading and dangerous since the website says the bike is safe to ride in heavy rain so I’m docking a star for that) the battery is also UL 2849 certified. The best part of this bike even moreso than everything listed above is the fact that the company has great customer service. You can reach them easily through their website, the bike comes with a 1 year warranty and you can also buy replacement parts & accessories for everything on the bike directly from their website (euybike.com) which is a huge deal when it comes to the longevity of the bike and keeping it running well long term which I worried about when searching through the 100s of sketchy chinese manufactured bike listings here on Amazon where you can't really replace anything on the bike should it fail since they don't sell their parts or even have any way to contact the company. Long story short if you're looking for an e-bike that checks all the important boxes, especially for a large person, I would not hesitate to buy this, it really is that good and should work well for anyone.

I waited for over a month before writing, but we're very pleased with the purchase. The bikes offer a fun ride. It takes a little bit to get used to the motor assisted peddling kicking in, it can jump a little. But once you do it's a breeze. Lots of speed if desired and we haven't come close to running the battery down. the The only downside is that the bikes are heavy, and it's a struggle to load them in our truck for camping. But for the price point and performance this is a very good buy. Highly recommend.

The bike arrived on time and, overall, offers decent value for the money. The frame feels solid, the fat tires are fun to ride, and assembly was fairly straightforward. However, there are several issues buyers should be aware of. First, the packaging was not great. One metal tube arrived bent enough that it would not fit into the mating tube. Instead of returning such a large and heavy package, I carefully reshaped it myself with pliers. It worked, but this should not happen on a new bike. Second, the instruction manual is extremely poor. The assembly instructions are difficult to follow and leave out important details. Third, my front disc brake was rubbing out of the box and required adjustment before the bike could be used properly. The biggest issue, however, is the pedal assist programming. PAS level 1 provides only very limited assistance, but PAS level 2 suddenly accelerates the bike aggressively up to roughly 25 km/h (about 15 mph). The jump between level 1 and level 2 is enormous and far larger than the difference between levels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Instead of gradually increasing assistance, the bike feels like it launches forward as soon as the pedals move. I tried adjusting the controller settings, including sensitivity and assist-level configuration, but the behavior remained largely the same. The controller technically supports more assist levels, yet the programming still feels poorly calibrated. New riders should be especially careful. The transition from PAS 1 to PAS 2 can be surprising and, in my opinion, potentially dangerous until you get used to it. If the manufacturer could improve the pedal assist tuning and provide a better manual, this would be a much better product. The bike itself has potential, but the software and setup need work.
