The friendly customer service department and their rapid (within 24 hours) response to your email questions is definitely worthy of a FIVE STAR review. The e-bike is constructed with a heavy duty strong frame. I really like the 5 button keypad feature. If you READ THE MANUAL, you can go into the keypad controls settings and adjust your choice on how you want the PAS 1,2,3 and walk assist response actions, based on your riding style and preferences for your safety, to dial back the sudden takeoffs. A few tweaks makes a world of difference on how your riding style is. It has a very powerful motor and takes me up 20 percent mountainside incline grades with no problem. I live on a mountain and bought the e-bike to assist me with these inclines. The battery has lots of battery capacity and I can ride this e-bike for over three hours on mountainside paved roads and return home having used only one green bar on the battery and riding over 25 miles. So far I am happy with this e-bike and its features and I really enjoy riding it. I had previously researched several dozen different e-bikes before I made this choice to buy this e-bike and you cannot beat the price for this e-bike and what it has to offer. Of course the e-bikes folding feature really is a HUGE plus to be able to fold and transport the e-bike in your SUV to take on road trips, vacations, etc. Also just an FYI if you don't want the e-bike to feel so hard or rigid on roads etc. don't inflate the tires to their full capacity. I found that inflating the tires a little under the maximum tire pressure recommendation gives me a smoother ride and is more comfortable for my riding style. Very long range. Bought this e-bike for my wife to run errands and just little Joy rides in Sunny Los Angeles. She took a ride about 15 miles total using only the motor no pedaling. And still had over half a battery charge full. I went ahead and installed a loud electric horn because the little dingbell is kind of a joke. It is heavy and a little awkward bringing up stairs. Also recommend you purchase a nice basket to install in the back to help carry cargo. It was easy to assemble for me basic mechanical skills. And it comes with its own tools needed.

760 miles and still going strong. Only needed tires aroFast shipping. Bike looks great easy to put together. only thing i needed was tires at about 400 you will want to change the rear atleast. And the front rotor warped babdly. Dont know why. Changed brakes to with rotor and the brakes still looked kinda thick. Still changed them..Charged battery 46 times in alittle over a month so i have been harsher on the battery and still holds charge good. On pas 4, 25miles if on flat ground. Bike doesnt go 34 on flat ground 28mph.. 30mph going down hill. Sometimes when riding it feel like it lost power especially when going up hills not even big hills. Had an issue with my fed ex driver signing for my package tho. He didnt even spell it right..Battery is very nosiy. Bothers me the whole time unless i used my battery case for cold weather then its quiet.But it seems great if you or want an e bike to get to work or have fun on. But if you want a bike that goes over 30mph consistently on flat ground dont get this i promise....you wont be happy. Bike will last a long time especially if you dont ride it everyday like me. I depend on this to get me where i need to go untill i get my license back. This is my new car. The pic has the new tires on it. HEB allscape. I recommend these or ultraverse. For tubes definitely ultraverse...150 miles and no sign of wear in pic. Rates for 3,000 to 5,000 miles. New pads on left old ones on right after 766 miles. Still look new thick wise
