Overall, I like the bike. It had all the features I wanted in an e bike. I took it on a bike trail and went 20 miles using Peddle assist. Plenty of battery life left. It will need some minor adjustments, but that should be pretty easy. The front brakes will need some adjustment, but I should be able to figure. I think it's a good buy. Easy for me to assemble. Text on the instructions were a little sub par, but the pictures helped. Maybe the company should run the instructions through AI to be proof read for translation. Happy with the purchase.

The bike is super potent and the battery lasts forever. I use this for 1 hour commuting everyday and the ride is pleasent. The only problem for me is the size and weight. I am a very short person and I have many difficult to hold, walk and maneuver the bike. The weel turns 360 which makes difficult to walk the bike. I am happy with the quality but I would bought another just because of the size and weight of it.

2025 F6F purchased December 2025. Ebike arrived extremely well packed and as such, there were no cosmetic problems or missing parts. Bike was easy to put together, and functioned perfectly. It's too early to tell whether the battery life lives up to the descriptions hype so can't really comment on that at this time. There was an issue with the headlight not working, but seller response was very fast and it was just our error as to how the headlight functions. Ebike has lots of power and my wife is always excited to ride it! We have ordered another, and can't wait to get it put together and on the road!

The bike arrived on time and, overall, offers decent value for the money. The frame feels solid, the fat tires are fun to ride, and assembly was fairly straightforward. However, there are several issues buyers should be aware of. First, the packaging was not great. One metal tube arrived bent enough that it would not fit into the mating tube. Instead of returning such a large and heavy package, I carefully reshaped it myself with pliers. It worked, but this should not happen on a new bike. Second, the instruction manual is extremely poor. The assembly instructions are difficult to follow and leave out important details. Third, my front disc brake was rubbing out of the box and required adjustment before the bike could be used properly. The biggest issue, however, is the pedal assist programming. PAS level 1 provides only very limited assistance, but PAS level 2 suddenly accelerates the bike aggressively up to roughly 25 km/h (about 15 mph). The jump between level 1 and level 2 is enormous and far larger than the difference between levels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Instead of gradually increasing assistance, the bike feels like it launches forward as soon as the pedals move. I tried adjusting the controller settings, including sensitivity and assist-level configuration, but the behavior remained largely the same. The controller technically supports more assist levels, yet the programming still feels poorly calibrated. New riders should be especially careful. The transition from PAS 1 to PAS 2 can be surprising and, in my opinion, potentially dangerous until you get used to it. If the manufacturer could improve the pedal assist tuning and provide a better manual, this would be a much better product. The bike itself has potential, but the software and setup need work.
