I've only been riding the scooter a few days. It hauls butt when in 3rd gear. From what I've gathered the gears are speed controls. 1st gear speed limit is 8mph. 2nd is 15mph and 3rd it goes from 22 to 31mph. Here are my issues, they are minor. There is a 1-2 second delay between pulling the throttle and getting a response. That is a problem when starting from a complete stop. The throttle would be better placed to use my thumb instead of my index finger. My hand gets tired from having to grip the handle and work the throttle. There is a vibration in the handle bar and stock, but that might be fixed by tightening all the screws. The battery lasts about 22 miles (depending on which gear it's in) before needing recharging. Longer, of course if you stay in the lower gears. Brakes are good and strong. I had to brake suddenly, going at 27 mph and it stopped moving within 10 feet. Shock absorbers are great when you hit an unexpected pothole. Assembly was easy. It was packed securely for shipping. It arrived a day before the Amazon estimated window. Scooter rode well the first 2 days after arriving, however one day as i was riding it, the rear tire randomly froze up & would not continue. Rest of the scooter functioned, lights, turn signals, front tire, etc. Checked the wheel for any damage, but it Couldent be an internal/external tire issue since it's too new, brakes were fine aswell and no issues spotted there. Issue happens when i press the throttle, front motor works, but rear tire wont, i can hear a slight noise coming from the battery once i press the throttle, so it's most likely either a faulty motor or battery issue in the rear tire. Front tire/motor works fine, rear tire does not. The stem clamp for the scooter isin't tight enough and will leave a very small area of space in the stem which causes the stem to move about less than an.inch back & fourth as you ride, which can feel uncomfortable & unsafe. But that can be fixed by purchasing a heavy duty stemp clamp on amazon, so that's a fixable issue. It's a shame since the scooter is nice overall & very fun My best guess is the motor/battery arrived damaged from delivery & was only a matter of time before it stopped working. UPDATE: The seller has been very professional & helpful through out the entire process, ultimately i was issued a full refund & have decided to give it another shot and buy the same T08 model again, have returned my previous scooter to them. ... show more

Best thing I've ridden in years. Hang on its got power. Would have given 4 stars but it didn't come with instructions to set up the controls that can be understood. Still have not figured out how to set speed to mph or any other digital functions. update after going into heart failure no need for that speed. But this little gem has been a lifesaver. As my heart is working at 17%.thus is how I walk now. Unfortunately today my scooter was stolen outside my work. Truly will miss this greatly and at this time cannot afford a new one. Thank you.     • If you're a fat guy, get something with solid tires

The first time I went out, the tire blew out on the back because all the weight is distributed back there, I thought it was a fluke so I bought a new one and have it put in and it blew out again. I only weigh 240 pounds. The "max weight" is how much the scooter can push. It says on the tire that the max weight for the tire is 180 pounds and like I said, all the weight is distributed to the back, literally all of it I cannot emphasize that enough. If it had solid tires it would be a solid five, it gets great speed, it's a beast that's fun to ride but the tire blew out! So why don't I just send it back? It cost $400 shipping! Amazon does not cover it! You're basically paying almost half the price to send it back! I have been going through several solid tires to figure out if any of them will fit and if they don't then I will have a new air one placed on it and then I guess I will sell it on Facebook and craigslist. I live in a very small town and I don't wanna have a car with insurance and pay ridiculous gas prices so I thought this would be the perfect solution. Thanks for the humility and make sure to label the fact that the tires can only take 180 pounds worth of pressure and stop lying to people! There's a different one that's basically almost as powerful for only 800 and if I sell this thing then I'm gonna buy that because it comes with solid tires. Like all scooter should. Like who cares if it's not as comfortable of a ride, no flat tires, how can you beat that? ... show more

The packaging could be a little better. For example, I unboxed the scooter and put the handle bars on. I tried to roll the scooter forward and it would not move. I looked a littler closer, the back wheel guard was bent down against the tire, keeping it from moving. I had to pull with all my strength to get it off the tire. Great scooter. Bought this for my son who is in college that weighs about 185lbs. Every few months he’s got to purchase more Tubes due to back tire constantly blowing and unable to inflate. It came to us packaged poorly and the handle bar was jammed PLUS the back tire was deflated. Was going to send back, but cost of shipping was bananas!!!! 🤨. So got the tools out, unjammed handlebars and got tire fixed. Only to buy another back tire tube 90 days later, and then another 90 days later… shall I go on. Good luck. Not a bad scooter, not the best scooter. **** 1/15/2023 TIRES WILL CONTINUE TO GO FLAT!!!! ****2/26/2023 Another flat tire, and now the battery will not charge. ****4/3/2023 Messaged the seller & within a day, I was being shipped a new charger for my son’s scooter.
