I was curious about this as I’ve not personally handled one in person. I’m hoping a different bike which I’ve ordered for myself is also as manageable as far as weight. The bike itself was easy to assemble and instructions are clear. I did have an issue with battery that came with the bike, however I messaged the company and went through some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. After some research, this model stood out as the best fit. The assembly was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions. When I encountered an issue with a part, I emailed customer service. They responded the same day, we exchanged photos, and they promptly sent a replacement. Their exceptional customer service alone makes this company stand out. While I was disappointed with the extra wait, they did not quibble or hesitate to make it right. The bike arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble. The ride is smooth, and the electric assist is fantastic! You can even ride in full electric mode with minimal pedaling. Nice electric bike. I ride it for pleasure, not for commuting or delivering goods. Tops out at 21mph which is faster than I comfortably feel going on a bike but wanted to see what I could expect. I've had it for 6 months and have only charged it once. Good buy for me since not a heavy user but does the job when I want to ride somewhere. Seems very sturdy with a smooth ride.     • The Bike stopped working Day 2.

The Bike stopped working Day 2. After I assembled the bike on Day 1 , I rode for 19 miles. Next day when I try to use it wont work. Battery is fully charged but when I throttle it doesn't work. I used troubleshooting instructions from the manual but nothing seemed to work. I am really disappointed. Display works, horn works but when I throttle it doesn't work.. Rather than returning the bike, I opened a support case. I must say the support team is really good. Even though it took about 2 weeks of back and forth communication, the support team was very prompt in responding and they send me controller and instructions video on how to replace it. This resolved my issue. I am keeping fingers crossed to not encounter any other issue. Overall I am satisfied with product but since I had to go through hassle I am rating it as 3.5 out of 5 but For product support team I would rate 5 out of 5. ... show more

First of all, I cannot say enough about the customer service! They are *top tier* and super responsive. The bike is beautiful and all electrical portions are fantastic! Unfortunately, I think it’s just too big for me because it feels like I’m having to really reach to keep my feet on the pedals while in motion. I love it for just the throttle, though! My husband has one and is 6’2 and loves his! So probably just a short leg problem :) ... show more
