If your looking for a heavy-duty assist, this is your tool! First, assembley was made super simple by the fact that the whole unit assembles with pins and cotters. No tools necessary except plier to bend the cotter pins. Second, this lift is made of strong, solid metal. The hydraulic jack makes raising and lowering heavy items easy. The whole lift is adjustable....how high you need it for your hitch, how close you need it to the truck bed, where the swivel points are....everything. It comes with lift straps. The entire thing was packed very well, but it is VERY heavy. Great for quality and great for use, but you're going to want two people to unpack it and assemble it. Assembly was about 10 minutes. If I could change anything, I wish they would have supplied d-pins instead of cotters. Because you will be adjusting it each time you use it, it would be nice to have a pin that goes on and comes off easier. As it it now, I'm going to have to bend the cotters over and over. ... show more
