Fats shipping, great customer support ! The lift came within 5 days of placing the order. A little bit more than what I needed it to lift, it's rated for 12,000.00 lbs. On delivery the left came slightly damaged from shipping and handling, customer support immediately was able to address the issue and rectify the situation. It is a very well-built lift for the money. I can speak with authority on this lift given that it is my third car lift to date. I started off with a bendpack two post lift, a triumph four post,and now a katool two post. Katool definitely has a larger footprint on the columns than any other brand I've seen or tried. Easy setup if you're Handy with some power tools and a tape measure, I highly recommend using concrete epoxy when installing the anchors.
