I'm a air conditioning technician, and I work on the ac everyday. This portable ac unit is a little bit less than 1 ton, but the cooling capacity is good, and it cools the room well. Under normal condition, 1 ton unit cools a 400 square feet room, and this unit cool the room fast. And it's not heavy at all, one person can lift it up and move it around the house. It comes with the duct adapter that you can run the heat from the condenser to outside of the window, or you can running up to the attic through the attic access. If you wanna use it for your garage, make sure you insulate your garage, because garage is always hotter than a room and it might take longer time to cool down. I really like the cooling capacity, strong cold air blowing out, and it makes the room feels good.

It takes some work to setup but man does it work. Lemme put it in perspective for you. I rent my mother's garage that is not been sealed or insulated so hot or cold air will fill the room throughout the day to the point where it is hotter or colder than it is outside. Because of the heat I purchased this AC unit with a little bit of ductwork we were able to set it up and it keeps my room at a 75° temperature while I have the AC set at 60 granite. It does not keep my room at 60 considering that the garage is not sealed and the cold air could flow right out I think it does an exceptional job. It also has a water tub from the condenser because the condenser creates water.

This is the most impressive customer service-oriented vendor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We bought one of their portable AC's and loved it so much a few days later I bought another one. The second AC has an issue and was not working properly. I went in and processed a return and had the option to replace it. I did all of this online, it gave me the shipping label to send the defective AC back and even put in the request right there for UPS to pick it up due to the weight of it. I did this Wednesday. Thursday UPS picked up the return and the most awesome surprise was the replacement showed up today! Our new replacement is working beautifully just like the first one. I love that it has 4in1 functionality, cooling, dehumidifier, fan, and sleep mode, and it runs quietly enough to sleep through the night. Installation took me about two hours since I had to set up the exhaust hose to the window, but the included kit had everything I needed. Once it’s set up, it’s easy to move and operate. If you’re like me, someone who runs hot and needs extra cooling without freezing the rest of the household. I highly recommend this unit!

I’ve always been paranoid about my window AC falling out of the window, but with this, I don’t have to worry, especially in the city. It was super easy to install with the picture instructions. There's not much to the installation, except you may have to saw off the excess window extension like I had to. There are two ways to drain the condensation: auto and manual. It keeps my small apartment cool all day and night. It's very adjustable and pretty compact.

Very annoying, gotta raise my voice in order to have a conversation, the compressor is super loud. Amazon app won’t let me upload a 10 sec video to show you guys how loud the compressor is. Fan noise is ok, even on high, but the compressor sounds like a diesel generator. Not ok for me. Old window a/c sounds better. Not sure if this is normal for this type of a/c or mine is a lemon. I’m returning it.

Used it for 6 days and have always had the exhaust drain open and draining. 3 nights ago it decided to be off on the reading of the temperature. We have another fan in the room that tells us the temp. This morning, it decided to stop working and flashed that the tank was full. We tilted it back and no water came out of the drain and the containing catching the water was empty. Immediately we requested a refund and were offered to try a replacement. We will try it and hopefully this unit was just a dud. Right now, it is not worth any of the money we paid for it.
