Really like this portable AC! It's super powerful and cools the room quickly. Setup was very easy, and I love having the 4-in-1 functions — especially the dehumidifier and sleep mode. Only small issue is the drainage pipe — it could be better designed for easier water removal. Overall, a great unit that does its job well!

I’ve always been paranoid about my window AC falling out of the window, but with this, I don’t have to worry, especially in the city. It was super easy to install with the picture instructions. There's not much to the installation, except you may have to saw off the excess window extension like I had to. There are two ways to drain the condensation: auto and manual. It keeps my small apartment cool all day and night. It's very adjustable and pretty compact.
