The panel arrived in a sturdy retail box with a shipping label slapped on. It was adequately packed with foam packing at the corners. The aluminum frame is sturdy and has smartly placed pre-drilled holes that are clean and burr free. I can't test the strength of the glass to its limit (I'm not going to try to break it), but it feels sturdy and I see no reason it won't hold up, especially under occasional use like during camping trips. The panel matches up to its listed specs within about 2% (using a multimeter for current and voltage testing at about 65F degrees outdoor temperature, over grass). I can't complain about that. It can probably do even better but I was trying to track the sun and hold the multimeter probes in each hand without proper connectors. So, my tracking probably could have been better. The connectors are standard and the sheathing material looks good. As always, we'll see about the long term. But it doesn't have that oily feel like it will degrade too quickly. Final Verdict: Initially approved. I haven't had the opportunity to actually wire it up to a system but first inspection and probe tests look promising. I will update this review if proven otherwise.

In the attached photos, The Callsun panel is the smaller panel. This is the 2nd N-Type 16 Bus Bar 100W panel I have tested and holy cow, this thing blew me away! for $100, at 100W it falls right into the $1 per watt range. This is by far the smallest 100W panel I have ever seen, I compared it to several other 100W panels I have and it blows every other panel away. I tested this at noon sun on a clear day (but in the winter). This panel held steady at 22.5V and about 4.4 amps (99W) when pointed directly at the sun. That is fantastic considering Winter sun isn't ideal for solar panels. The build quality of the panel is excellent, but where this panel completely defeats virtually every other panel is it's size. At 31" x 22.7", this panel takes up less space than literally every other 100W panel on the market. Considering this panel also delivers the advertised wattage in direct sun, I have to give the 1st place trophy to Callsun for this fantastic solar panel. The cost, the size, being able to hit the target wattage and the good build quality, This is the panel to buy.

These put out all the power that the manufacturer says they do which is unusual. These are very functional. You can put them on a rack, mount roof, camper trailer, just the right size. They're mountable anywhere. They are great value for the money. I highly recommend getting some of these if you're going to go solar and you don't want to use portable solar panels

I got this to add to my existing collection of panels for my various solar batteries. This one is smaller in size than some of my older ones which makes it easier to handle and store. Positive: Small, well build with aluminum frame with holes in back for mounting. I got 87W on a Winter day with wispy clouds blocking some sun, I'm confident on sunny summer day to get higher. Negative: Small issue is the connecting wires in back are not color coded, not even a red sticker on wire, does identify them where the wires come out of the panel. I prefer color coding. Not the cheapest 100W panel, as paying for compacter size.

I've been looking for a solar panel this size for a while now. I have a 200 watt one that's quite a big bigger than this one. It's just a little big for taking on short camping trips. This one fits the bill nicely. This is a solidly built panel in a nice aluminum frame. I wanted this mainly for when power goes out or the upcoming apocalypse. It would also work for camping and stuff I guess, apocalypse sounds way cooler though. I'm not going to pretend I know about the amps, watts or volts it's putting out, I just tested it in real world scenarios, and it works.. It has plenty of power, I fully charged my dead 500 watt solar generator in around 6 1/2 hours and it wasn't terribly sunny out. I'm really impressed with the build quality, the wiring on the back is very secure and nicely done. I'm totally happy with this panel. It's a great addition to your prepping or outdoor adventure needs.
