This couch is really good especially for the price point. I have had it for a month now and honestly it’s better than I expected. It does take a few weeks to deliver but it’s worth it. One thing I would recommend is taking the cushion out and letting it fluff up, you will get better results.

I was really impressed with this couch overall. The setup was straightforward—the instructions were clear, all the parts were included, and it took me and my boyfriend about 3 hours to put everything together. For the price, I think it’s a great value. The couch itself is firm but still very comfortable, which I personally like. The only downside for me was the back pillows being on the thinner side. We ended up cutting pieces of memory foam to add inside the pillows, and it made a huge difference—I’d definitely recommend that little hack to anyone who wants extra support. If you have pets, I’d suggest either choosing a color other than black or having a small couch vacuum handy, since fur shows up easily (but that’s true with most black couches). Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It looks good, feels sturdy, and with a small pillow adjustment, it’s became one of my favorite spots to relax. I’d recommend it! ... show more

I’ve had this couch for a few weeks now and I love it! The couch is a bit firm but still comfortable. I put it together myself and it was pretty easy, it took me about two hours. Dont fall for low price—know u literally are getting what you pay. There were pieces of the product that was not possible to assemble due to improper measurement of their product even tho we followed their instructions. It is firm, not comfortable and it’s not even close to being bearable. Unfortunately, this couch came the same day I decided I wanted to cancel and halt the shipping after having second thoughts about the comfortability of this couch from the reviews. At this time, the shipping said it would still be expected in 3 days so I thought I was still safe to cancel my order. So to my surprise, it arrived way sooner than expected (literally the same day I requested to cancel order). The process to return this item with the seller was frustrating. Good luck trying to return because they do not give you a pre-paid shipping label no matter how many times I went back and forth with them and item was still in its package and everything! I was looking online for a full-size, nap-worthy sofa for my new apartment, most of which seemed to start around $1,000 and go up from there. When I saw this piece for $369 on Amazon I kinda couldn’t believe it - it looked great in the photo, was the beige/white color I had in mind, looked a lot like some sectionals costing three or four times as much, and had many very positive reviews. Too good to true? Nope - it really is as nice as it looks. The cushions are quite firm, a definite plus in my book, and the color and texture of the upholstery are entirely satisfactory (it is clearly white and not beige). Yes, you have to assemble it, which took me and my partner about two hours, but the pieces all fit together and the hardware was all there, along with reasonably coherent instructions. And yes, you will pay an additional $239 for shipping (three large boxes), which brings the total cost to a bit more than $600. But I saw nothing else remotely close to this level of finished sofa for that price, and once the compressed cushions puffed up and the last hex bolt was tightened down I had a sofa which perfectly fit my space and which I expect will last a good long while. So disappointed in this couch. I did so much research and even saw this couch mentioned on TikTok, but the back cushions are paper thin you can actually feel the metal backrest whenever you sit upright on the couch. I even waited a week to see if they would fluff up more, but nope. Bottom cushions are thick and fluffed up in no time. I would return it but that would be such a hassle. ... show more

Pretty good couch for the price. Nice size for an apartment living room and can comfortably fit 3-4 people. I would recommend really fluffing out the cushions manually to give them more shape. This couch is on the firmer size but that’s what I prefer. It will totally soften up over time. Building was ok, there were a few steps that didn’t make sense but besides that it was relatively simple. Sturdy couch. Love love love. Assembled by myself. Took me about 3 hours or so. It’s a firm couch but I like It. It may eventually become less firm over time but idk. I’m 5’2, couch is perfect for me.
