The media could not be loaded. Went with this gazebo because it was literally $300-400 dollars cheaper than even canvas topped gazebos of similar size. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but when it arrived, and I started taking the pieces out, I was cautiously impressed. The powder coating was thorough and all the pieces were in pristine condition. No dents, no bends, etc. I started building it, and started getting more confident by how sturdy everything was after bolting it together. Even the instructions were simple to follow. Now that everything is finally together, I am blown away. Firstly, it looks fantastic. The Misses was actually really impressed with the roof that allows some sun in, but is UV coated, and definitely blocks the rays. The cloth enclosure is SOLID and there are no loose threads or cheap zippers. We had some gusty winds, and this thing didn't even sway, and I haven't weighed it down or anchored it yet. We ate dinner in it IMMEDIATELY. For the money, this thing CAN NOT be beat. This was actually LESS than a 10x10 that I had originally purchased from a different manufacturer. Very very happy with this purchase.

I want to give it a 5 star but it was little things that added up and added to frustration. The entire gazebo was put together by 2 persons 50+ in moderate shape in about 12 hours give or take. The instructions are generic. We had to improvise "Alot", make up best practices hole were not drilled properly, pieces were bent did not fit right. Dispite all that it was labeled well measured well and beautiful. The struggle was real but all in all it looks like the picture. I don't know if a fan will really fit. We will install a waterproof DC plug in fan I bought off Amazon this weekend... Wish me luck!!!

It arrived in two pretty heavy boxes suggest help to move them, very well sealed and taped each box brings a separate item list so it's very easy to check and make sure all the parts are there plus it helps during the assembly. It took me 3 days to assemble but I did it by myself in the Florida heat suggest at least one person to help and just to make it easy when you get ready to place the roof skeleton build it on the floor then place it over the structure its easier to line up every thing else lines up after. All in all I'm pleased with the gazebo it's exactly what I been looking for.

I just want to start by thanking the seller for being so responsive and helpful. I was missing a few parts, and when I reached out, the seller responded right away and expedited the missing items. The product itself is a beauty! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so much so that we hired an installer, and he was able to complete the entire setup on his own. If you prefer to install it yourself, you can definitely do so just take your time with the manual. One key tip: don't remove the labels from the parts as you go; everything is labeled for easy identification. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations, and I can't thank the seller enough for their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Nice looking gazebo. I see what others meant by some of the screw holes not lining up. Definitely have to make sure the frame is square as can be. Far as holding 9900lbs....I don't see that being the case. Not like there should be a worry about that much weight, even in PA winters with some heavy snow. Overall it's pretty nice looking. Just take your time when assembling.
