It can be a challenge to put together but Omg the results. We just love it and I think we was only missing two pieces but that could be our fault. We did get this up just before the real heat started here in NC and now, we can enjoy sitting at the front of the house and out of the extreme heat. It did take two guys to put together along with others helping with the trash. The material and supplies that came with it was all very well made and went together just as described. The top of the awning does go together correctly it is just like a puzzle, and you will know if you have it wrong and start over. ... show more

The product is wonderful but we are missing 4 letter x pieces end cap and I have called to Amazon and the manufacturer parts dept and I am still waiting to receive this part so I am not a real happy person right now all I want those end caps please. Thank Sharon Caputo

This product arrived in good condion. However in when building it we found we were missing 4 pieces missing. I called Amazon they gave the manufacturer number to call to resolve the issue. The manufacturer responded and said they wouldn’t be able to.get replacement parts till 3 to 4 months. So had take it all apart box it up and schedule a pick up with Amazon and ups. I ... show more

    • Not starting off too good but the customer service is good . The directions need improvement.
Came in 3 separate boxes. Each box looked like the post office had a field day with it . Holes in the boxes and looks to be tampered with . I haven't checked all the items out but I did find a bent and damaged part . The parts list was missing. And the directions papers needs improvement but there is a you tube video that walks you through it. It’s a challenge. ... show more

Not even a 1 star. Poor quality, parts come bent, broken, missing. Directions are incorrect, need to figure it out yourself. Very time consuming to construct. Not a real hard top, flimsy.

We didn’t read these reviews before purchase. But 100% agree with everyone. We couldn’t finish it completely because the directions were incomplete. It’s a shame. But definitely you get what you pay for. I’m glad we got the insurance because with the first wind storm we may need it. Whoever reads these reviews needs to put one of these together and the rewrite the directions completely. ... show more
