I will begin - at the beginning! Product arrived in three separate boxes. Everything was packed extremely well and all parts / hardware were / was there. Instructions are "ok" - I had to sit and stare at some of the steps to determine correct orientation, direction, etc. But if you take your time and look it over again after you've figured it out you should be fine. Frame assembly was fairly easy though it was inconvenient that the screws are not metal - hence magnetic drill bits are of no use. There was a step or two where I dangled the allen screw at the end of my tool and had to shove it through a hole in the hopes that it landed where I needed it to start the screw. A minor inconvenience but workable. After the frame was assembled it was time to put the roof on - and oh man! We started with the small part at the very top. They sent what seemed like hundreds of little plastic pieces to attach to the edges of the roof panels. The best I could gather they are supposed to maybe guide and hold in place the panels while you slide them together. I wasted - WASTED - an entire afternoon trying to figure out how those stupid little plastic strips were supposed to work. They kept popping off the panels since they are held on by nothing, and once I did get a roof panel in the track it eventually fell out. One of the roof panels fell and almost hit my son in the head at which point I completely lost it. I shouted words I don't normally say, and I honestly can't recall the last time something made me that angry. I'm very slow to anger but this thing pushed me to my limit. I screamed that I was done and told my wife we were going to send it back. Of course Amazon said we had to box everything back up and I was not down for that. So I took the rest of the day away from it before I destroyed it with my bare hands. The next day I had fresh eyes and a new attitude. I realized that those little plastic strips serve no purpose, or that they fail at the intended purpose. After putting the roof panels in the track without those stupid little plastic strips I realized they slid right in. I got the bright idea to use clamps (the plastic ones you buy at the hardware store - plastic handles, rubber ends, etc) to hold the roof panels in place. I found that this worked perfectly. We were finally able to get the panels held long enough to get them secured then moved on to the larger part of the roof. This part went much easier as I had trashed the plastic strips in favor of clamps. Good news is that the larger lower panels are held by screws, so we were able to just screw them in as we went along. Hanging the screen and curtain were simple enough, but make sure you put the curtain on the first track and the screen on the second. We – well I (men – listen to you wives!) - got this backward and we had to take it down and re-do. But a minor inconvenience. The netting they sent for the top fit into the space but you can’t access the roof hooks to hang anything up top. The picture in the directions shows the net as a sort of pyramid shape. I went over it several times and realized that the piece they sent is not shaped, but flat. I’m going to contact Amazon to see if they maybe ran out of the correct ones and just threw whatever into the box. Now that it is assembled it looks great. I was a bit worried about those dastardly little plastic strips – afraid they might serve some purpose in keeping the rain out maybe. Nope – poured buckets the other night and no leaking at all. I anchored it using stakes that you drill into the ground with a power drill, and squared U clamps around the legs and fastened to the stakes. In conclusion I will recommend this product with the following advice – as soon as you open those stupid, worthless, piece of junk plastic strips throw them straight into the trash. Get some squeeze handle clamps and use those to hold the small, upper panels in place. The only purpose those plastic strips serve is to drive you to the brink of insanity. Also, study the directions slowly and pay close attention to the pictures. They aren’t the best but you can gather enough from them to figure it out. And you’ll need 3 people to put it together. You’ll be on a step ladder a lot, and up in the air. Be careful! You may lose it a few times during assembly but once done you’ll be happy with the result.

Boxes arrived quickly and all 3 boxes arrived at the same time. They were heavy! Gazebo is nice quality and looks great. Exactly as described. Assembly was time consuming. It took two people 2 days (approx. 8 hours) to finish building it. It is definitely a 2+ person job. Instructions were vague and sometimes in a weird order, but we had all the parts we needed included in the boxes and everything was well labeled. I am so happy with how it turned out! It looks great in our space and I am hoping it will last us a long time.

Boxes were not damaged on arrival so these pieces were placed in the box this way, I did not see this until I got to the step that used these pieces so most of the frame was put together

We never received all of this product. after receiving a notice that the third box would be delivered we received a notice that the order was cancelled and a full refund would be applied. We are sending the boxes that we did receive back.

Good product it finally came in later then expected. All the parts were there the instructions were pretty easy to follow. Took me and my wife around 10 hours to put together thats with breaks because of the rain I recommend it if your thinking of buying. watch YouTube videos on assembly first to have an idea of what your doing.
