    • Amazing Price to Value Ratio for a exceedingly capable Tablet
The tablet is a great value. With 128gb of SSD space, 8gb ram, and expandable memory, you really can't go wrong for the price. The expandable memory and fast charging put it above the Microsoft Surfaces with similar pricing. You can't purchase this thinking it will be a laptop replacement (neither with surface at this price range) the power will never match that of a real dedicated laptop with i5 or above processor. However, if you want something more capable than a standard android tablet or iPad mini, the bang for buck is too good to pass, and thats including the total of tablet and keyboard attachment. The packaging could be a little better as my keyboard came in a flimsy enveloped and showed signs of thoroughly being processed through usps and my tablet box came ripped but tablet and keyboard both seemed fine with no signs with use otherwise. Also since its a Pro version, you can definitely modify it with the admin tools to tweak registry and services to give it a little smoother performance. Youtube, Webrowsing, and Microsoft Office all run without issues. Even have an Anti-virus and am impressed with performance. Just don't over estimate using it as a power machine for photoshop or video editing. ... show more

    • Good overall tablet. Bought specifically to run a 64-bit Windows program.
Easy to do initial setup. Came with 12V wall charger which plugs into a USB-C port on the tablet for Fast Charging. It also has a small round port labeled DC12v for operating with an external power source ( which is not supplied with tablet). The other ports are a standard USB port, micro SD card slot, mini HDMI port, and a standard headphone/earphone port. The tablet itself is very lightweight. It's a little hard to hold onto without a case but I installed a Pop Socket ( for cellphones) on the back which solved that problem. The screen size is perfect for running the program I bought this tablet for which is Sample Tank 4. It works easier though if using a stylus I've found.     • Great accessibility and features, but somewhat slow performance.
Touch screen is slightly off when registering on corners, battery life is decent unless you're browsing web and watching videos at high quality, and tablet is a little slow/laggy depending on what you are doing on it. But for overall I love it, does what I need for a great price, And since its a windows 10 tablet you get full functionality on chrome extension such as BTTV for twitch and any app you'd like to download. I use it with micro hdmi to watch movies and twitch on my tv at night, works great for that! (cameras aren't great but at the end of the day, if you need to do a zoom call on the fly it'll do the job) ... show more

    • DON'T BUY THIS TABLET XXX THIS TABLET IS A RIP OFF XXX
Tablet worked great until, after less that 5 months I started having a problem with the battery/charger. The charging light goes out unless I find and hold it in just the right position. Then this morning I turn it on and find that if the charger is not on, windows instantly shuts off. With the charger on restart pc, if I move it at all it instantly shuts off. According to the battery indicator it has a full charge, but still shuts off without charger on. Then I get the blue diagnostic screen and can't do anything, several times. Then all of a sudden windows opens up, the battery indicator is working properly again and it stays on when charger is unplugged. 5 months. Good thing I got the extended warranty. The charger is NOT on the warranty. If your charger stops working and it will, the replacement charger is 30 bucks. Update: This was not the correct charger. You need a special charger that Amazon does not sell. Fusion5 is not worth all this and I paid like 279 dollars plus $89 for extended warranty when I could have paid 120 dollars for a Android based tablet that uses a regular USB charger. Daa! UPDATE: Sent it back to Fusion to be fixed, $42 dollars shipping. They replaced the battery. Got it back and works OK, except still having issues with the battery/charging. Says it is fully charged, remove the charger and about two hours later suddenly the low battery window pops up and the pc immediately shuts off. The charge indicator goes from fully charged to no charge just like that, and shuts off. So now I have to either keep it on the charger or try to remember to plug it back in after two hours. Pain ! Boy I really got Jipped. Update: Month 8 All above problems again. Now they want me to send it back to them again. Another $42 dollars I have to pay. Now I am out $279 (tablet) plus $89 (warranty) plus $42 (shipping to be fixed) plus $42 (shipping to be fixed again) = $452 Think I have to stop putting money in the pocket with a hole in it and cut my losses. Amazon needs to step in and make this right because Fusion is not going to. $452 dollars for a tablet that lasted 8 months and we are a retired couple on a fixed income and we can't afford another computer. ... show more

For the money, this Windows tablet can't be beat. It has a 10" screen that is bright and beautiful, Windows Professional included, 128GB of storage, an Intel Quad-core processor, and 8GB of memory, all of which make it perfectly adequate for most tasks that I'll ever need to perform. It was easy to set up and get started. A stylus pen made it easier to manipulate tasks on-screen. I like the smaller screen size, light weight, ease to handle, and very thin. It has a USB port and a micro-SD card slot. A power switch and volume up/down buttons are on top. On the bottom edge are connectors for an optional keyboard, that I haven't purchased. It also has front and back-facing cameras, as well as dual speakers and a mini-HDMI port. Although there is no mention of a built-in microphone in the User Manual, it definitely has one, as tested in Settings. Further, there is an "earphone" jack, but it's not clear if it is actually a combination earphone/microphone jack. I haven't tested it yet. As others have stated it has a 12 volt wall charger that is a bit non-traditional in that it uses the USB-C port on the right side of the tablet edge. Don't make the mistake of trying to use your 5 volt phone wall charger for this port because it requires 12 volts. However, they also provide a nice little USB-C to USB-A adapter so that it effectively creates a second USB connector from this same port -- very nice. There is a second 12 volt charging port on the bottom right (with a different type connector) in case you need to keep the table plugged in and still want to use the USB-C port. You'll have to find the right charger with the right type plug if you want to use it this way. I believe the company, Fusion5, has such a charger for sale. Since the tablet has both Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFI, I have ordered a dual-mode wireless keyboard and mouse to use when tasks require more than just the touch screen. If you do the same, make sure the devices have Bluethooth 4.0, not a previous version of Bluetooth. Using Bluetooth, you don't tie up a USB port with the USB dongle. (UPDATE: I have easily connected a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse). In short, I am very pleased with this purchase, and pleasantly surprised that I could get this much computer with so little money. Got my tablet 4 days of ordering with all the xmas rush! I initially just wanted a cheap tablet to watch movies on long flights, but after searching online for weeks, I decided to "splurge" on this model because of its 8G RAM & 128GB hard drive. I'm a windows surface pro user for over 3 years, so it's a big plus to have a windows pro tablet that can sync my microsoft account on both devices. Initial set up was fast with all the necessary windows updates, you'll need to manually check for updates (3 times for me) as the tablet won't do it on start-up. Two things that bothers me a little (both are not deal breakers): 1) I think they had pre-pasted a cheap screen protector as I can see two small bubbles and the corners are not completely "flat". I think this protector is affecting the sensitivity of the touch screen, just not as sensitive as my surface. I wasn't able to peel this screen protector off. 2) The charging adapter with 2 pin is huge and heavy. They included an extra type C cord, but it will not charge the tablet when I used a different adapter. Two "bonus" things: 1) Tablet has a regular USB port, useful to stick in my portable hard drive for more storage or watch movies. 2) Box came with a type c to regular USB adapter, this gives additional USB port to use a wireless mouse. My surface pro 4 has screen flickering issues so I can't watch movies on it for long, but I am not ready to spend huge on another surface pro or surface go. If you just want to watch movies and do simple browsing, this tablet is more than adequate. I suspect I can potentially work a little from this tablet too as it's just as powerful as my surface pro, I just need to connect the tablet to an external screen. I hope they will re-stock their keyboard attachment soon. Also, don't get the Fintie cover on Amazon that says it will fit a Fusion 5 Pro, it doesn't. I need to get a universal cover that leaves all sides open so I can charge or access the ports. ... show more

    • "Used" Tablet PC still registered to prior owner/user. It was NOT inspected prior to resale
The tablet PC arrived still registered to the last purchaser. On boot, it displayed that person's email address. ONLY that person could access the machine. Without access to the machine I was unable to use it. Talk about an immediate downer! Fortunately, my Very tech savvy husband was able to do some magic to access the safe mode then restage the tablet PC. This is not something the average "end user" could do. I flipped between several tablets and tablet PCs, and I missed the word "Used" in the description for this product. That's on me. Honestly, I should have returned it immediately. I didn't. However, a "used" electronic device should be inspected - meaning verified the status is at the factory default. Instead, someone at Amazon simply verified all the parts were present. (Bad Amazon, Bad!) As for the device itself - decent responsiveness but not speedy. There is some issue with the display driver(s) - periodically it does a half screen ghosting (perhaps the reason it was returned by the last purchaser?). For the price, it works "OK" for my purposes. My intended use is as a personal laptop when traveling between family homes (mine and my parents'). I link the tablet PC to either a monitor or TV via an HDMI cable for personal use. I bought the keyboard directly from Fusion5's website - it snaps on and serves as a cover for the screen. I exchanged messages with a Fusion5 rep on the keyboard purchase. I have just purchased this tablet, and I like it! I wanted something smaller than my 15 inch laptop to use for teleconferencing, as well as something easy to take with me wherever. I had tried an Android tablet, but was not really comfortable with it. So, I decided to try something new. I like this tablet! It has Windows 10, which is fantastic, and I can sync it with my Google on my other computer. Plus, I can use my other programs which I am familiar with on Windows, rather than depend upon Android apps. I also wanted two cameras, inward and outward, and these both seem to work well. I am just getting used to them, so we will see, but what I have done so far went well. I also purchased a blue tooth mouse, and a blue tooth separate keyboard (Bluetooth Keyboard,bluebyte Multi Device Wireless Keyboard,Fast Connect and BLE Multi-Device Keyboard for iPhone,iPad Air, iPad Pro, iPad Mini, MacBook,Galaxy Tabs,Windows PC, from Amazon), and both are working well so far. The only problem that I have had so far is with the case that I purchased, which does not fit right (covers inward facing camera, side function slots, power and volumn buttons). I am trying to connect with that company to see what I can do there. Overall, I like it so far, and I am looking forward to exploring it's functions further. Good buy! ... show more
