Now, don't get me wrong, it's cheap, but I've had it for over a year now. Still works, it has broken due to a fall but it was easily fixed and still works perfectly fine!! I do suggest it if ure on a budget!!

The media could not be loaded. What a product! Firstly it was so easy to assemble. I’m not even good at putting things together and it took me all of 5 minutes to set up. Secondly, I absolutely love the lighting options and the ability to decrease and increase brightness as needed. It is very easy to maneuver and angle based on your video/photo needs. The best part- comes with a Bluetooth remote control compatible with iOS and android. Let’s talk about cons- the only thing I didn’t like about it is that the light only functions using power. I wish it had a battery so that would allow ease of placement. All in all great product for under $30. Edit: adding another negative feature: I used it today for about 15 minutes and the ring light power system heated up like it was on fire. Be careful when you touch it after use. ... show more

I absolutely love this light - I've used it for interviews, employee photos, and more. It ads the perfect amount of light. Pros: brightness adjustment, light color changing (warm, cool, etc), all components adjust so you can tilt/rotate/etc, comes with carrying bag Cons: said carrying bag only fits the stand & pieces - the ring you have to store outside of the bag, and the cord isn't removable from it, so you have to awkwardly wrap it around the light. Recommendation to manufacturer: 1) allow the ring cord to detach 2) have two case options - one with just the original bag, and an upgraded one more square carrying case style that has foam in it with cut out spaces for the ring, legs, etc. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this light on January 25, 2024. As of this review it is March 16, 2024. The ring light randomly turns off after a few minutes, and in some cases it turns off about 10 seconds after I turn it back on. The tripod works great, but the ring light does not work that well. I don’t recommend this product EDIT: This light works as expected. The seller is great. They offered to refund me the full amount of the light, but my gut was telling me that I needed to use a different USB adapter. I originally gave it 2 stars because the light kept turning off, but it turns out I was using a USB plug that could not handle the amp draw when the light was at the maximum setting. I changed the USB plug and tested this without issue. One thing that I would change is to make the spring phone holder extend out past the ring light a little bit to handle different usbc/lightning accessories when plugged in. I have a lav mic I use with my iphone, but the lav mic plugin does not fit inside the ring light, An easy fix for this is to take off the iphone mount component and 'flip it' so that it extends outwards I included a video of what that might look like. ... show more

Since using this ring light, the quality of my videos has improved tremendously. The stand is firm, giving my phone a firm grip, and the lighting is excellent. The remote control gives you the option to access settings from anywhere in your home. This is a must-have for social media girls like me.

I use this for drawing and art. The settings are great with the range from cool to warm. The tripod is very light though and has a tendency to fall over. I also found I don’t like the flat touch buttons on the light. I could when I would adjust the position of the light I would accidentally shut it off/ change the light , without wanting to. I wish they were tactile click buttons so that could be avoided. It’s a good light to start if you want something cheap for nice photos or better light for art.
