The media could not be loaded. UPDATE (2) - I have received the replacement part and it works great! It's sturdy enough to hold my phone and ring with ease 😊 I replaced the video to show you (I can only post 1 video). They were VERY prompt about taking care of it. It's only been 2 days since I've gotten the order originally. Honestly most don't take care of this as soon as they have and I'm so appreciative and happy about this! They did me way better than well. It's perfect now and my selfies have definitely upgraded. Trust me, this ring light and stand makes not just taking pictures easier, but it make YOU look better too! And the lighting, if you do the adjustments right of course. UPDATE (1) - Support got back to me so quickly (within an hour) and said they've sent a replacement part. Will update again once I get it! ORIGINAL - As of writing this, i had just received the package and put it together. The instructions are super easy to follow but even when I followed them, the locking mechanism would not work and it is impossible to keep anything steady on it (video removed). Everything else was fine. The light is SUPER bright so I highly suggest to point it away from you when u turn it on and then lower the brightness to however you please. The Bluetooth control works flawlessly. There really is no other complaints. The tri pod is better than the other product I tried from a different seller, so that is a huge plus for me. I was really looking forward to this working. I have contacted their support, I will update as soon as anything happen. If it happens 🤞🤞

I’ve had the RBG ring light for 4 months and the light setting totally trip out and start flipping thru all the colors, turning off and on, on its own.

It’s really lightweight. It gets the job done. I would definitely be careful with it because of the lightweight materials used could easily break if you’re not careful. If you’re looking for something to get the job done it’ll do the job well. Just be careful setting it up and everything because it is made out of very lightweight materials.
