I ordered this unit for beginner training purposes (online instructionals taught by pros) to develop my lip blushing and microblading techniques. I am interested in using this as a home user (non-business) only. I wanted a wireless pen because corded machines would be troublesome to work with especially face work. The pen is surprisingly lightweight and is thinner than expected. Its feels a lot like one of those jumbo markers. I currently use it to practice on fake skin and my silicone face heads. I'm hoping as I progress, I will take this thing further my being comfortable enough to use my own face for a procedure or follow through with additional coursework for licensing training. ... show more

I'm glad I chose the cordless version because the cord would've gotten in the way or would've weighed it down. The needle length was easy to adjust, and the speed options were a great plus.
