I have a few devices that require the 14250 sized batteries and I have found that these Saft LS14250 batteries are perfect for the job. I prefer the Li-SOCI2 chemistry over the Li-Ion formulation due to its superior temperature handling and the stability. There is no fire hazard with these and they don't need special labeling or handling like Li-Ion. They last a long time (they have a higher energy density as well). One caution. Do not try to use 2 of these batteries in place of a 14500 battery as each of these batteries has a nominal voltage of 3.6V and putting 2 in series boosts the voltage to 7.2V and could do serious damage to the device you are powering. ... show more

I ordered a ten pack. Only 2 of the 10 batteries were any good. I've purchased this brand before and don't recall having this problem (maybe just one). But this was ridiculous.
