This tablet was a snap to set up! It connected to my Wi-Fi quickly! The screen resolution is better than I expected, with very vivid colors. It's responsive to touch, quickly loads apps, and has quite a bit of versatility in the settings! I purchased this as a simple tablet to journal and keep photo records. It's exactly what I needed! The tablet arrived and I pushed the power button. The display said the battery was 97% and I had 23 hours of battery time and then the screen went dark. I pushed the button again it said 96% and 23 hours of battery life and it went dark again. I pushed the button a third time and it said 3% battery and then shut down. It charged fully and worked for a while. While watching videos the thumbnail display kept flickering back and forth from no thumbnail display available to actually showing the thumbnails. This went on for about 10 minutes. The next day I push the power button to wake it up and I got a no command screen twice. The third time I pressed the button the tablet went into startup mode even though I had never shut it down, only put it to sleep. I'm returning this tablet before I get stuck with something I cannot use. ... show more

The first one I received would not charge right out of the box. I exchanged it with another one just like it and after a few days it would not turn on. I finally gave up and returned it for a refund and bought a different brand.
