Bought this for my son’s 2013 Nissan Maxima because I wanted him to have Apple Car Play and there are not many options to do that. Best Buy installed it for me and we’ve been using it for a few weeks now. First of all, there are literally no instructions provided to use this device. There seems to be a lot of other apps installed and maybe more features but no idea how to utilize them. But again, all I really cared about it using CarPlay. The screen is huge and really nice. I set it up with my phone and it worked fine but then when we hooked up my son’s phone the CarPlay would not work. Not wireless or via cord. To their credit, I emailed support and they are very responsive. They gave a few suggestions to get y working again. I tied them all and I’m not sure what actually got it to work again but I think it was resetting the Bluetooth and wiping out all devices. Anyway, it’s been working perfectly for my son for a couple weeks now and I hope it stays that way. This was more expensive than I had hoped to spend to get CarPlay but as I said there are few options and as long as it stays working I’ll consider purchase worth it.

This product is amazing and brings my 2012 in to 2025. So many features and the sound is def better than factory. The navigation system and Bluetooth works flawless. Has so many features I'm still going thru them but def overall very very satisfied. I would like to see more clear and precise instructions and maybe a features instructions manual for the price paid that was truly lacking. Would def buy again. Customer service by email described my issues and even sent a video on how to fix the minor issue I had A++++ all around

I cannot get the Bluetooth to connect, I am in need of some type of instructions on how to pair this radio with my phone since it came with absolutely no instructions at all.

I haven't left a review in a while but I had to for this. I absolutely love it. Fit perfect works great. I had to reach out to support for assistance during set. The instructions were easy to follow it was oversight on my part. Support guided me through in real time and did not leave until I had everything in order. I love the wireless android auto. The cellular connectivity is a huge plus. This thing added new life to my favorite vehicle. They have a kit for my challenger I am getting next!!
