Bought this for my son’s 2013 Nissan Maxima because I wanted him to have Apple Car Play and there are not many options to do that. Best Buy installed it for me and we’ve been using it for a few weeks now. First of all, there are literally no instructions provided to use this device. There seems to be a lot of other apps installed and maybe more features but no idea how to utilize them. But again, all I really cared about it using CarPlay. The screen is huge and really nice. I set it up with my phone and it worked fine but then when we hooked up my son’s phone the CarPlay would not work. Not wireless or via cord. To their credit, I emailed support and they are very responsive. They gave a few suggestions to get y working again. I tied them all and I’m not sure what actually got it to work again but I think it was resetting the Bluetooth and wiping out all devices. Anyway, it’s been working perfectly for my son for a couple weeks now and I hope it stays that way. This was more expensive than I had hoped to spend to get CarPlay but as I said there are few options and as long as it stays working I’ll consider purchase worth it. ... show more

Just the upgrade needed. The provided instructions weren't very good, but thankfully, the device isn't difficult to install. Just select the recommended wiring harness and canbus and the rest of it goes together like clock work. After installing, I did have an issue with no power but I reached out to support via their WhatsApp channel and the support was on point. After about 30mins troubleshooting, everything came up and the system has been flawless ever since. You do lose some functionality like, the vehicle's voice prompt and XM satellite radio (if you have that), but it does bring a nice update feel to the vehicle and now with android auto/apple carplay, it's a better driving experience. This product is amazing and brings my 2012 in to 2025. So many features and the sound is def better than factory. The navigation system and Bluetooth works flawless. Has so many features I'm still going thru them but def overall very very satisfied. I would like to see more clear and precise instructions and maybe a features instructions manual for the price paid that was truly lacking. Would def buy again. Customer service by email described my issues and even sent a video on how to fix the minor issue I had A++++ all around ... show more

I haven't left a review in a while but I had to for this. I absolutely love it. Fit perfect works great. I had to reach out to support for assistance during set. The instructions were easy to follow it was oversight on my part. Support guided me through in real time and did not leave until I had everything in order. I love the wireless android auto. Needed an upgrade for my 2014 maxima found this product easy to install. After installing radio wasn’t working correctly so I text the customer support, they were very helpful and we found the issue in no time.
