It was the SAME THING!😮 at this point, I opened it, it did have all I wanted, so I kept it but (did call to inform them, someone did not proof read the Items Ad for spelling.it’s BRAND & COMPANY NAME at least (imo) should be Spelled correctly. Now let me tell you, ppl rave about soOo many other Brands, but I AM BEYOND SATISFIED WITH MY ICONITES AIR FRYER😊👍😉LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! My sister and I both bought this air fryer. She loves her’s. I have only had mine a couple of weeks and haven’t used it much yet. So far, the thing I like most about it is how fast it cooks potatoes. I usually make oven fries (with fresh potatoes) once a week. Not only does this device keep me from having to turn my oven on in this summer heat, it cooks them fries in about 1/2 the time. I also make tortilla chips once a week. I have to say that I still prefer to fry them. I will keep trying yo make them in the air fryer if Zi can get them to not be tough snd dry. ... show more

UPDATE: 6/18/22: I did finally bake chicken pieces in it. It was tastey! I just have to learn how to better adjust the cooking time and temp to get the optimum cooking time for items. When you are cooking and recipes give you a time for regular ovens, start by cutting the time by about 30% to see how it comes out. This way if you still need more cook time, you will have erred on the side of caution and hopefully not overcooked or burned the food. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This thing is a miracle. So far I have roasted vegetables, reheated fried foods, and dehydrated with it. This thing should be mandatory in every home! What I like the best is when you reheat fried foods it gets out some of the unnecessary grease in the item and keeps the food crispy. When I am not lazy I will make my own oven fried food in it. Also I can't wait to roast chicken in it. It is great to use because I am cooking for one so I should be able to cook one or two pieces of chicken at a time and do it high and fast locking in juices and making the skin ultra crispy. I am lazy, but like tasty food so I want to cook and clean fast. This space-saving air fryer oven makes that possible. I can't see that it would not afford me to make roast chicken quickly. Will follow up about results when I do it. It will also help me to make hors d'oeuvre quick for entertaining. I only hope the quality is good enough to make it last at least 4 years. I can't stop using it. I will say that I don't use the specific buttons (example: pizza) because I just Google cooking cooking instructions for specific items. When I made chicken jerky and hit the dehydrate button it was cooking at 90° so I had to turn up the temperature. I love this machine.
