The media could not be loaded. This is a late review because I wanted to make sure the scooter got a good workout before rating. This scooter is great, easy to charge, store and ride. It is quick, while I bought it for my kids, it is more than able to support an adult and is FAST! The controls and settings are easy to work with and it is a nice stable ride. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this scooter after my previous one (Maxshot) was unfortunately stolen. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, this scooter did not meet them at all. From the very beginning, the battery performance was extremely poor. It would show a full charge (5 bars), but after riding just a few miles (around 2–3 miles), it would completely drain. This is not acceptable for daily use. Additionally, after only a few rides, the handlebar became loose, and the folding latch works inconsistently. Sometimes it doesn’t secure properly, which raises serious safety concerns. I contacted customer support requesting a replacement or assistance under warranty, but unfortunately, I did not receive any help. Overall, this scooter is unsafe to use. I cannot rely on it, especially when riding with my child. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Personally speaking, the scooter is really easy to carry around and practically weighs less than a case of water. When I got the product, I only have to screw in 4 screws, and then the scooter is ready to use. It really to assemble it. In addition, the scooter goes extremely fast with a speed of 19 mph, which can get you to pretty much anywhere close by within minutes. With a 22 mile of range, you don’t need to recharge the scooter overnight, so you wouldn’t have a moment like, “my battery is dying. I forgot to charge it”. The quality of the scooter is up there. Made with good quality aluminum and can support weights over 250 pounds. Would definitely recommend this product to answer that need ti commute to school or work.

The most important to me is the assurance that the next company, which is QLAWAY, would ONLY send me a brand NEW Scooter in a brand NEW box. BEFORE QLAWAY, I ordered a $350. scooter FROM A DIFFERENT third party dealer (meaning not sold by Amazon) in a damaged box (your first hint that you should NOT accept delivery) BUT I did and inside was a USED scooter with a list of problems. If AMAZON would not have helped me I would still be trying to send it back with that company's RETURN FEDEX LABEL so I get the FREE return. Otherwise you will have to pay. Amazon will help you. I was about to forget getting an E Scooter when a very wonderful professional representative with QLAWAY PROMISED me the above, a brand NEW box and SCOOTER. I believed her and got what was promised. After riding my brand NEW Scooter a couple of times I noticed that on the bottom were a couple of screws which were OVERSCREWED INTO THE BOTTOM PLATE causing a small opening on the edge where the batteries are. She asked me to email the picture, and the NEXT DAY I had a RETURN FEDEX LABEL and a brand NEW BOX and SCOOTER on it's way to me. I did not have to ask. I am not sure if I can share her name, but the QLAWAY manager made the prompt decision, which immediately she followed through on and sent me another one just that way! " the QLAWAY way! " That is my saying to a company and professional representative, both making me give them a 5STAR +++++rating, GREAT job QLAWAY ! THANK YOU very, very much!
