Picked up the Safe a little while ago and it does exactly what I needed for basic home gun storage. The steel feels solid for the price, the door closes cleanly, and once it’s bolted down it doesn’t budge. The electronic keypad is straightforward to program and lets me get in quickly, and the backup keys work fine. It took me 30min to put together alone... add someone told hold it and use a power screwdriver and cut that time in half. Capacity-wise, it will realistically hold closer to the low end of the 8–10 rifle claim if you’ve got optics or larger stocks, but there’s still enough room for a few pistols and some accessories on the shelf. The quick-access part is legit, once you get used to the keypad, you can be in the safe in a few seconds. If you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills safe to keep rifles and handguns locked up and out of kids’ hands, this one is a solid option.

Needs better instructions. Obviously a translation, as some phrases do not make sense in English. Parts are labeled and described poorly. Setting lock instructions lack key information. Screws are very difficult to screw in with provided screwdriver with several that would not screw in and the heads stripped. Despite the stripped screws (there are spares) the cabinet is solid. Construction is slightly lesser than cabinets you'd find in some "big box" stores that cost $100 more. There is no way you can fit 15 rifles in this cabinet. Maybe 8. The shelf is big enough to hold the cheaper plastic and foam pistol racks. Had to force them in, but the plastic is flexible. I fit 2 4-gun racks with room to spare on the top shelf. In the end, I got what I expected to get despite the description. I would have ordered 2, but i wanted to see exactly what I was getting. I will be ordering another soon. 2nd cabinet was a lot easier to assemble and didn't need the instructions. Very happy with the cabinet and 100% recommend it.

All of these "gun safes" being sold on Amazon for around this price range are all pretty similar. In short, they are not "safes" but "cabinets". Enough to keep contents out of the hands of little kids, but a thief with the right tools will get inside in seconds. Maybe keep them busy enough before the police arrives. Assembly was a little bit difficult because the instructions were in miniscule print and the pictures were very important to get the orientation of each piece right. The metal was very thin, weak enough to be bent by pliers in some places, especially in the places where two pieces join together with screws. The method of opening by turning the key pad is strange, a separate handle or knob would be more robust it seems. Also I can't figure out how to turn off the beeping with each key press, it might not be possible, because it is extremely loud. You might have to mute the alarm system to turn off the keypress beeping, but I actually want the alarm system on. But it is expected quality and build for the price point. I would rather have a real safe (like the ones in Tractor supply or similar), but didn't want to deal with moving a 400 lb safe myself.

Pretty simple to put together, and for the price, it is better than what I can buy locally. The key works fine, and it is easy to program a passcode. if you have anything that is long you may have to mess with it a bit, with the shelf where it is supposed to be I couldn't fit my childhood 410 in it. Other than that, I feel like my guns are in a secure case and won't be easily broken in either.

If your goal is to keep firearms away from children it's a solid affordable choice, I wouldn't put anything of great value in the safe though, the walls are finicky and could easily be kicked in, also it's not fire/water safe. Also it will fit maybe 3-4 rifles, I have an AR-15 in it currently and it takes up quite a bit of space. If you plan on buying it or have already bought it I recommend screwing it to the wall and the floor, for me at least on carpet it kept almost falling over. Instructions are actually pretty good and aren't in Chinese haha.

This safe is a fantastic value for the price. It was assembled easily and in under 30 minutes. Although the kit comes with a nice screwdriver, I highly recommend the use of a drill, since there are a large number of screws. The entire thing is made of sheet steel and powder coated. One benefit to a safe like this is that it can be easily carried up or down a flight of stairs without having to haul something that’s hundreds or pounds. It’s not fireproof but it definitely works great as a deterrent and will prevent unauthorized access. For its compact size, it can easily hold 10 firearms and ammunition. Overall, it looks and functions great.

This is an awful safe. First off it’s held together by screws about 1/4 inch. Honestly slamming it on the ground would probably break it. But okay, it’s a cheap one, that’s what you’d expect I guess, fine. The directions make literally no sense. The labeling of the parts, isn’t even recognized in the instructions. You have to figure it all out yourself. At one point it said the top piece needs 12 screws to secure, except the piece only has 10 screw holes. But don’t worry, there’s a QR code for instructions. There’s actually 2, but one doesn’t work. The one that does is a 90 second ai video that explains absolutely nothing about what’s happening, doesn’t list parts, doesn’t list the connections, it literally just shows parts going together with nothing else. I’ve put together ikea, amazon, and Walmart cheap things, this was by and far the worst I’ve ever seen. When I finished, I had about 45 small pieces that went absolutely nowhere. Once you piece it together using your own judgement, it’s top heavy, and is likely to tip over unless it’s heavily loaded and sandwiched between other items. The part that’s supposed to secure the guns is made of foam, and anything smaller than a shotgun will just loosely rest against it, and likely fall when you shut the door. Save your money, buy a higher quality safe. Only good thing about this is the free magnetic screwdriver with a pretty good grip.
