Easy to setup and install. The package could use a handle on top to help move it. 80 Fahrenheit today and the apartment is nice and cool. The exhaust vent registers about 100F at the window meanwhile the vent at the cold side reads about 45. I wish the window part had closeable louvers so I could close when it rains, but for what I paid, this is a good unit. Quieter than some. It cools my living room bedroom and part of kitchen. Love it! Cools our House
Absolutely love! We got the 10,000 BTU AC and it cools our whole main floor. Love that I can connect it to Alexa and control it on an app on my phone. Delay feature helpful too. Haven't used it for the other features yet but we got it specifically for the AC. Noise level is as expected depending on which level the fan is. Definitely a good value. ... show more

Powerful and Quiet

I wanted to wait on a review until I’d used this unit for a while. Here in central Michigan, the last two weeks have been unseasonably hot, with heat warnings of over 100* F. The house I rent is small, 2 BR, 1 bath, no central air. My unit arrived in excellent shape, no damage to the carton. Very easy set-up, and I really like the narrow window vent, allowing me visibility from my living room window (photo). I had the unit running in dehumidification mode 24/7 for over a week. This unit has a feature that exhausts a good portion of the dehumidified water through the window vent. Love it! So far the water tank has not filled to where it drains into a catch basin. Very handy. I have not experienced any problems after about 3 weeks of use. Noise: just a tad loud, but not as noisy as the window shaker the previous renter left. I would feel confident in recommending this unit. The remote control functions from the master bedroom with no problem. Two month review: my unit is performing perfectly. Great unit and a handy remote. Record heat the last two months here in central MI, and the unit has worked without a hitch. Recommended. ... show more

Didn’t manage to cool 190 sq ft below 82 deg
I have this in a room that’s 190 ft.² where I close the door. It was not able to cool my space below 81° on a hot day. There’s also a sync issue between what the remote control shows and what the unit shows if you use the app to change settings. Customer service tried to help proactively which is nice. Their suggestions were things like make sure there are no holes in the hose and clean the filter. This is a brand new unit. The filter was clean. ... show more
