I would have put 5 stars because the jugs are nice. They are thick and appear to be high quaiity. Unfortunately, they were packed quite carelessly upside-down. I opened the box, oriented as it was shipped to me. The shipping label was on "top". That was the outer box and the inner box holding the jugs was upside down. I had to practically shred the inner box (top/bottom) to get it to open, because it was never intended to be opened from the bottom. Once opened, the jugs were all inverted, upside-down. Thankfully they are good jugs because the packing only included a laughably thin layer of foam around each jug. Why bother, it didn't do a thing. It was so thin that it didn't do a thing to protect the bottles, like a piece of paper. So yes, the jugs were well made otherwise they would have been shattered like plenty of other fragile items that I have ordered on Amazon which were poorly packed. I would urge the seller to do a more careful and considerate job of packing them. I may order again in the future but if they show up like that again I will have to look elsewhere for any other needs. ... show more
