This really helps me keep my sourdough an even warm temp. I have always had a tough time with making bread but this thing helps tremendously! Definitely recommend if you struggle like I do!! It’s easy to use and a good value. It isn’t too big and stores out of the way easily when not in use.

After using it, the internal temperature feels inconsistent and affects proofing results. Even with a set temperature, there are noticeable fluctuations. The capacity is smaller than expected and limits usability. Overall performance is average and below expectations

I bought when winter kicked in and my kitchen temp plummeted. It works, and definitely helps in a pinch, but I havent found that it helps for long term use. I actually think it did more harm than good. Nice to have as a backup if necessary, but its not frequently used. I think I prob could have saved my money, or found other alternatives that work the same or better.
