As described. Very solid, functional dropbox for ~$100. Planning to use it as a secure mailbox on covered porch. The most secure mailbox in our town 😆. Will fit packages and bubble-packs up to about 2" x 6" x 11-1/4" or 1-1/2" x 12" x 11-1/4" Depends on how persistent the person inserting objects is. Large, thick flats might not drop completely, blocking subsequent deposits. If you need a safe without the drop hatch, Harbor Freight's might be preferable. PROs: - Very solid, functional dropbox for the price - Recessed door surfaces prevent prying - Sidewinder keys OKs: - Emergency power supply is proprietary. Uses AA batteries and 2.5 mm round connector. USB-C would be nicer. - Anti-fishing teeth seem quite effective (a pro could probably work around them) - Dimpled glossy finish seems good. Few defects. Tough. Powder coat? - Interior light is handy. Stays on for 30 seconds after unlocking. - Battery compartment is slightly awkward & ill-fitting - Vibration alarm is of little use (see Note 1) - Manual is reasonably clear and helpful. - Keypad tones are loud! You can mute them. - Key replacement service is offered (but no contact info or even brand disclosure on the safe or in the manual). - Load clanky echoes when operating...could dampen with some foam. CONs: - Unbranded product - No stated warranty - Fireproof? No info on *how long* it will protect contents from 4200º heat. Two minutes? I received my safe and it is fantastic, looks very nice and durable. There is a lot of space. Exactly what I was looking for! Safe container, very spacious and very easy to set up new passwords for each door. Works very well! All in all, I'm very impressed and would recommend it to my friends!

This steel alloy "Smart Safe" is HEAVY DUTY (and heavy). It's got great features, and my favorite feature is that there's three ways to open this safe; digital combination, key, or external battery box. This is wonderful for me...if I forget the pass code I have a key and vice-versa. The external battery box is in case the battery dies in the safe door AND I've lost my key, I can still access the digital combination. Boy, they thought of EVERYTHING. I LOVE IT. It's fireproof, and comes with a zippered fireproof money bag for extra security. There's a drop-box that allows me to just drop in documents, cash, and valuables without having to unlock the safe. So convenient. To keep a thief from trying to fish things out through the drop box, the back of the drop box has big, sharp, serrated teeth that simply won't allow that to happen. Lol! I picture somebody trying to stuff their hand in it, and pulling back a nub. Lol! Cool. The internal 1.8 CUB storage capacity is plenty of room for my documents and valuables. This safe is totally functional, high quality, and a great value for security and peace of mind. Excellent product.

I’m impressed by this little safe. It’s heavy and can be attached to a wall and/or the floor. I hope I never find out whether or not that it can really tolerate a temperature up to the stated 4200 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s easy to use and seems really secure. The directions that come with it are a bit minimal and I’d suggest a thorough reading of the description page on Amazon before starting to use it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the heavy duty quality of this safe. The instructions were clear. The programming of the code was easy. I like that the key is a backup just in case the batteries go bad. The top drop portion is tight enough that I don't think anyone could get their arm in there. Overall a heavy duty safe that works great for my purposes.

This safe seems well made overall and even includes an alarm that supposedly senses movement which is a neat bonus. It would definitely take some doing to get into this thing, unfortunately that includes without a key. The digital pad does nothing but beep. I set the combo and it beeps indicating it's set, and then nothing. It doesn't unlock with the combo, it doesn't lock with the combo, it beeps. They key is the only way I can lock or unlock this thing. I reached out to the company asking if I was missing something but they couldn't be bothered to reply. I took a star for poor customer service otherwise I would have rated this at a 3 because other than the completely useless keypad it's a safe as expected.
