My UPS failed my battery that I knew wasn’t old. Did a quick search on Amazon and found this and thought why not try it. I took the battery out of my UPS and use the repair function and left it alone overnight. At noon today I took the battery off the repair mode which said it was complete. Put it back in the UPS and the UPS fired right up. This was cheaper than the cost of a battery and I can use it as a tender for my Motorcycle as well. I consider this money well spent. Works, but has some quirks/issues. It didn't detect the correct voltage as indicated on the screen (showed 6V for a 12V battery), but measuring with voltmeter indicated it was delivering the correct voltage. It also wouldn't stay in maintain mode. It turns off apparently since it indicates off on the screen, but I'm not sure if it will come back on automatically if the battery drains sufficiently and top it off. I'm used to chargers staying in maintain mode. That said, I appreciate the included connectors and alligator clamps with a quick disconnect to allow swapping. It also charged my little motorcycle battery in short order. ... show more
