Got this product and have to return because of weak welding on the bracket. Also disappointed- the pictures show that it has legs as if you could use as a box spring or platform bed. Be warned of false advertising, no legs came with product and even if they had the option no way to attach them to the frame. Not impressed overall and I will be on the search for another box spring. Update: I am working with the company to get a replacement part for this item. I appreciate their quick customer service to resolve the issue. They also stated they would look into the pictures to make them accurate. ... show more

I saw where other customers applauded the ease with which this box spring was in putting it together. NOT! The parts were cumbersome at best during the installation process, and the directions were not easy to understand. Did I understand them? Well in a sense. The only thing that I had working in my favor was that I am the father of five children, and have spent many a Christmas Eve putting together toys of every description. The box spring is indeed sturdy! Perfect height for what I was looking for. Lastly, the initial weight (in the box prior to assembly) I will grade it to be HEAVY! I had to take each individual section out in order to take it to my bedroom. All things considered, I will have to rate it at THREE STARS. ... show more
