Purchased this safe to keep important documents and valuables. It's easy to use, a great size, seems sturdy, and have the option of using passcode or key. Great product for the price.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a more secure safe, one that seems to be a challenge for someone to break into. I like how this safe has the 3 metal locking bars. You have 2 options in getting into the safe. One with the key & the other with choosing your own number code. I did find some difficulty programming a number code into the safe but finally figured it out. There is a light that is suppose to turn on when you open the safe but it doesn’t always seem to turn on or it’s because it’s not very bright. It comes with a metal piece that you can place in as a shelf. There is a piece of felt you can put on the bottom of the safe but it was too big so I had to cut it to make it fit. The side walls seem thin & it makes me wonder if it would be easy for someone to cut into to get inside the safe? Also the turn knob once you put your number code in to open the safe up seems kinda cheap & not sturdy. I actually put an AirTag inside so if someone just wants to take the safe & go I can track where it’s at. There is an option to secure it to the wall but since I rent & may want to move it around I opted out of this. I like the look of this safe & am happy enough to keep it.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! The instructions are horrible (not clear). For example, to set a personal code, one must "input a new code and press the "A" (C/#) or "B" (E/*) button". However, keypad is only numbers (no letters). Also, while we were finally able to enter a code, the door would not lock. The lock is stuck in an open position. Using the "master key" doesn't help. We were hoping that we were getting a simple safe at a reasonable price. Just spent nearly $100 for a black box that is unusable. User instructions for "any help, kindly consult the local distributor. After sale: any questions, please contact us" and an email address is given. Absolutely no response to any emails we've sent!

The safe looks ok. However, the instructions for setting the code are COMPLETELY USELESS! Repeat, COMPLETELY USELESS. EVEN AN INTERNET SEARCH DID NOT HELP. After over an hour of fooling around I figured it out by chance. All you have to do is press the reset button, enter a new code, then press STAR! Not Pound as in some online instructions. Even the brief instructions say you will have a problem! WHY? I was about to send it back thinking it was a defective unit.
