Many people don’t know how this stuff is marketed these days. Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) is a new norm. It does not transfer as much as this true copper. Becoming VERY hard to find a good value and good quality set like this. I ripped out a new set after having installed it to replace with this. If your amp accepts up to 8 gauge, this is an incredible choice. It’s something like 35% less conductivity with the CCA stuff. BEWARE. do your own research and check carefully. Hope this helps someone!

Pros: Cost. OFC. Wire is good quality. Comes with extra connectors. Cons: The crimps are bad. I hate to crimp the connectors more so they'd stay put. The insulation material feels like it's silicone not a thick durable PVC. And that's on all the wires including the RCA's. The fuses in the fuse block seem cheap. No grommets for the 4 awg cable. Green wire loom. It's pretty ugly. Other thoughts: all in all a good kit. just route it away from heat and insulate it with some wire loom.

The kit is very heavy. That means that the wire is real pure copper and good quality. Is well made. Easy to use, good for the price. It will give good power to the amps resulting in good sound. But the connectors are loose. You have to climp them good. I use a different fuse holder. The included is not that good.

I tried 3 different kits before this one and they all lied about the gauge of the cable. This is the first one that has a true gauge size. The quality of the cables and the component looks great. After 3 very bad experiences with other kits on Amazon, I am very happy with this purchase.
