Giving this product 5 stars due to the excellent value. Make no mistake, this is not equivalent to cameras costing 10x more, it just does what it says it does for a very affordable price. I use it as the tail camera for a recumbent tricycle. I was rear-ended on a bicycle a few years ago, and the jerk didn't stop, and they were never caught. I needed something relatively small, durable and waterproof. It also helps that it doesn't cost a fortune, so it is less likely to be stolen, and it won't break my heart if it gets damaged. I mounted it next to the rear wheel and it gives a very clear view of what's behind me. I modified the case so I could run a usb cable through, and connect it to the trike's battery so I never have to charge it. I like the fact that it has motion detection, and loops new recording over the old automatically. I can download the video wirelessly if I want. I did try mounting it to my helmet to see what the video would look like, and since it has no stabilization technology the video was pretty choppy. this will NOT compete with more expensive options as a helmet cam, despite the extensive mounting accessories that come with it. It may work better with a handlebar mount, but I didn't try that. Time will tell if it will hold up, but for now this camera suited my needs perfectly.

This little video camera is inexpensive and takes nice videos and pictures. It’s fun for my 10 year old to attach it to his bike or his helmet while playing hockey. If this camera had better instructions, I would have given it 5 stars for overall price and performance. It comes with lots of little screws and attachments but the instructions are severely lacking in how to use all the attachments. My son winged it and made it work, but it would be nice to use all the pieces and to know how to install them. The picture and video quality is decent and the device itself is fairly user friendly.

Picked this up before a hunt because I couldn’t find my GoPro (older model), and the shipping would have it in my hands before my trip. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. It came with a handful of useful mounts, 2 cases (open and waterproof), a remote and spare battery. After charging it up I played with the functions which were easy enough to navigate, and got familiar with it. Worked as it should, and took great pics and video with plenty of space on the included SD card. I’m pretty pleased with it, it’s not GoPro quality but does the job and seems to be compatible with most of my GoPro brand accessories. The downsides are: the recording in 4k is hi-res and playback on some TV’s/Laptops/Computers/Etc may appear choppy or sluggish if the platform you’re viewing on can’t handle it. Unfortunately you can’t change the resolution afterwards, so I recommend changing the resolution to 2.7k (still hi-def) for better playback, compatibility, SD space, and battery life. Which brings me to battery life… it runs down the battery quicker than I thought, so it’s handy to have the second one. They’re small, so I guess it’s expected.. just keep the second one handy. Finally the recommended app isn’t quite the same one in the App Store, so I downloaded the one that appeared to be compatible with it. Haven’t been able to get it connected to the app, but then again didn’t put a whole lot of effort into it - Ive always just plugged my SD into a USB adapter on my computer. Well there you have it, it’s decent for what it costs and if it gets smashed or damaged during your outing it’s not as big of a deal as it would be for a more expensive name brand.

This little camera does exactly what you need it to. Captures clear images and video. Held up nicely in salt water and depth. (10-15) feet. No sound in the recording when using the water-proof casa though. Only drawbacks for me were: the difficulty removing the battery. That little step is not strong so be gentle and patient getting the battery out. Short battery life. You’ll want to set the sleep timer on it. Overall, a decent little cam for the price.

This is a nice camera for my husband to start his filming of fishing videos. He wants to start sharing his adventures online, but since recording everything is new to him, This Was a very good, easy to understand and operate choice of a camera. He especially like that it comes with 2 batteries so he has extra record time on a trip. The picture quality is very good for the price of this camera

This product is an ok camera for the price. I bought this for a vacation and knew i would be in the water. the camera is a good waterproof camera. the case for waterproofing the camera WAS THE BEST FEATURE and accessories were great and very useful but the camera itself is not very easy to use. for example when i know i hit record it didnt record but just took still proof pics. AND IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE APP AT ALL WITH WIFI OR WITHOUT NO MATTER WHAT. 5/10 NOT SURE IF I WOULD RECOMMEND

The best thing about these cameras are their affordability. If you want them to do anything but record for a couple cool tricks, look elsewhere. The battery life is about 25 minutes recording on 1080p. No ability to adjust the picture aside from resolution. And one of my cameras was missing its SD card that was supposed to be included, so yours may be missing items too. If you're buying this for a 10 year old who likes to skate, then go for it. If you're an adult, put forth a lil extra money and get something better.
