Great set with a good amount of knives. Would prefer to have a santoku knife rather than the small peeling knife. Handles seem faded - like the set is old and sat in the box. Previous purchase of these knives held up well and are still doing well 10 years later - including top rack dishwasher cleaning. I always clean off food debris right away and I do not let them sit in water. ... show more
