So far.. soooo good! 1. Yes, it's a little pricey- but you get what you pay for! 2. Came 4 days earlier than expected!! And in 3 boxes 3. was so easy to put together!!! The two of us layed it all out in a circle in how you would put it together and built around and then up. 2 hours total. 4. we got the 15ft one with 500lb wt limit so the whole family could be on it together. Great spring strength, the netting was nice and thick, the poles had foam on them and a cover to protect you from bumping. The sewn in screen to mat is fabulous so your feet can't even reach the net! Our son (kid age 10) loves it, he is having so much fun just on the first night! The basket ball hoop is so nice that it's in two poles instead of the net like other brands, the L shape opening is great if you prefer not to be squeezed in! And the steaks to screw it in were heavy duty!! I specifically bought this one bc of the base it has, this gives it better security, gets a higher jump bc of the even weight, and is able to handle more weight. We are very satisfied with this purchase!!

This is probably the bounciest trampoline I have ever been on. Everyone in the family is loving it. It was easy enough to get together mostly by myself. They shipped via fed ex which for me always arrives late so allow quite a bit of time for shipping. There were 3 boxes that all arrived on different days. Also the directions were a little confusing and there is no video tutorial on how to make it anywhere. I wish now I created one myself. I would absolutely buy again.

I bought the 16 foot 1800 lbs trampoline, The realestate is perfect for my 4 kids and their friends. It was and is rock solid after being fully assembled. I got the protection plan and I think most people should do likewise. I had the backboard brake that is the weak link of this trampline. If you are assembling this by yourself, use rope to keep the base sections upright until you can attach the springs to the base. There is only one word to describe Zupapa's customer service, Excellence!!! I was unsure if the brakage was covered and offered to just pay for extra parts to fix it and get it up and running again, They were quick to respond and were patient with my crazy busy life and rushed the parts to me at no cost. I have never had such a pleasant experience like this before. Zupapa, you have earned a customer for life. Thank you, Brian from Missouri

Okay, it's solid and built like a tank! Very heavy! The sleeves over the poles are really hard to put on, maybe make them bigger or have a zipper on them. Also the instructions aren't very clear. Other then that it's not that hard to install. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a solid trampoline. Will update in future if any major issues.

This purchase was for my 9 year old daughter who does cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics. The shipment consists of 3 boxes; however, I only received 1 box. After contacting customer service, I finally got the other 2 boxes a week later. The trampoline was very simple to put together by myself as it uses push pins for the frame connections. One push pin on the frame base was broken (misaligned weld) so that required some fabrication to correct. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the product. The frame, mat, padding, springs, and net are all definitely a step above the typical $500 trampoline sold at Walmart or one's local mall. I am giving 4 stars due to shipment issues and the broken push pin.

Increíble cama elástica, me llegó antes de la fecha, soy feliz por eso. Fácil de armar y tiene gran rebote. A mi sobrino le encantó y lo probamos con adultos y entramos perfectamente, resiste muy bien el peso casi llegamos a 450 libras y lo soporto muy bien, viene con una pelota 🏀 de basquetbol y su inflador, sus sujetadores para el grass que son fantásticos y sus dos aros de basquetbol. Mi hermano se demoró 1 hora y 30 min en armarlo ( no se olviden de colocar bien los resortes en sus agujeros correspondientes, mi hermano se equivocó por que no coordinó bien con los agujeros y el marco y eso nos hizo demorar un poco más, pero se solucionó fácilmente).

Great quality 16ft trampoline! My kids love it. Assembling the trampoline was pretty easy but took about 2 hours because my wife and I have never assembled one before. A couple tips for new buyers. Wait for all 3 boxes to arrive! We thought we were missing parts because we received the boxes on different days. All the parts were there when we received the 3rd box. Thank You to customer service Rep. Jeanne for being very responsive and helpful. Also when attaching the springs to the trampoline mat, pay attention to where the zipper entrance is. We aligned it almost too close to one of the Poles.
