The two of us layed it all out in a circle in how you would put it together and built around and then up. 2 hours total. 4. we got the 15ft one with 500lb wt limit so the whole family could be on it together. Great spring strength, the netting was nice and thick, the poles had foam on them and a cover to protect you from bumping. The sewn in screen to mat is fabulous so your feet can't even reach the net! Our son (kid age 10) loves it, he is having so much fun just on the first night! The basket ball hoop is so nice that it's in two poles instead of the net like other brands, the L shape opening is great if you prefer not to be squeezed in! And the steaks to screw it in were heavy duty!! I specifically bought this one bc of the base it has, this gives it better security, gets a higher jump bc of the even weight, and is able to handle more weight. We are very satisfied with this purchase!!

I emailed the customer service and I received a response super quickly!!!! Donna helped me with kindness and professionalism. I shopped for weeks looking for the perfect trampoline. I had like three in my cart but decided on this one for a couple of different reasons. One reason was the reviews and another was because this one came with the basketball net and also because the safety net was connected to the mat which I love. It was a lot easier to put together than I thought it would be. It took us 3.5 hours but I forgot to put the covers on the top bars so I had to do some disassembly then reassemble. That was my fault. This trampoline is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The kids love it and I love it. We went with the 14 foot and we have a 12 and 4 year old at home. I thought about going with the 12 foot but I am glad I decided on the 14 foot. It is worth every penny and I truly believe you get what you pay for so if you’re on the fence this is what you should buy period.

Zupapa produces a well made trampoline that withstands daily use by our three kids and lots of their friends! We thought we would have to buy a new one when one of the straps that attaches to the poles broke. Thankfully, I did not have to worry for even five minutes! I wrote to the company to tell them what happened and sent a picture and within hours Milka, from customer service responded and let us know that Zupapa stands by their products and would be shipping me a new net and I would be receiving it within a few days. Trampoline is easy to put together and very sturdy and safe. Also, OUTSTANDING customer service. About six months in to owning the trampoline we had some boys pull on the hoops and break the two connector joints that hook to the vertical poles. They also pulled off the basketball hoop netting. We asked Zupapa if we could get replacement parts, and they sent us both connectors and new hoops without charge. We had them within about three days as well. Great product, fantastic customer service.

Easy to assemble, I did it myself on Christmas morning and it took about 1 hr. I did have a hiccup when it arrived, it was missing 3 springs. So I messaged the seller right away and they were super responsive. Got all parts shipped to me for free. Honestly, the smoothest and fastest customer service I have received when something was wrong with a shipment. It has great spring/bounce even for me at 275lbs, little kiddo loves it. It has been through some big wind and dirt storms, big snow blizzard, and it is still here.
