I bought this ebike back in Oct 2024 for my birthday to ride into town if ever a car was not available to use. The round trip is 18miles. I didnt test it out untill a few months ago. I drove this through gravel,some sand, and on black top. Pushed it to it's maxed speed, and made the round trip ride with only a little to spare on the battery. I honestly thought I wasn't going to make back home. To be fair I peddled as much as I could , and even stopped to charge it at a pavilion in the local cemetery for a few mins each way. So I'm not really sure how far it would have gone on one battery charge. The only complaints I have on the bike so far is the kickstand. So I'll most likely swap it out for something that's adjustable. The handlebar clamp doesn't stay tight to keep it from moving when riding. That maybe just user error, and just needs adjustments. Highly suggest putting slime in the tires before riding. Overall I would buy another one, and recommend it to others.

It was a little frustrating to get the front fender, light and reflector on but we made it work. Completely different fender than pictured, which is fine because I like it better. FYI, get the front fender in place before your tire. Instructions have it backwards. Other than that, can’t wait for it to charge. Happy birthday to me!

This company's customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, bar none. They think nothing of exchanging email after email, message after messages, 40-50 plus, and counting, just to either frustrate you and wear you down while the clock on the warranty and the return window times continues to run. I believe this to be deliberate on their part. They mislead you into thinking assembly is a breeze with respect to the front wheel assembly, but in reality, the package they send does not accurately reflect their assembly videos. In my case, the hardware for the front wheel was stuffed in a small hub of a circular, black plastic packing material, from which I had to carefully fish each piece of hardware out. Then they make you guess which nut, washer, etc (they pack 8) goes where and in which order, and whether it goes inside or outside of the fork. When you ask them to clarify since the manual glosses over this, you fall into a protracted and ridiculous rabbit hole of non sequiturs with them as if they gleefully derive amusement by frustrating you and setting you up to void the warranty and return. If only I had believed the several other posters who sounded the alarm about their well documented pattern of relentless stonewalling! Their customer service is one absolute nightmare, not to mention potentially liable should a wheel come off due to their outright negligence and outright stonewalling over a straightforward request for clarification. The assembly manual is not much help there either. Shame on Amazon for condoning and having this unethical company as one of their merchants. Amazon has not been much help in resolving this matter, despite several tries on my part to have them intervene on my behalf.

Easy to assemble. Lower seat height was good since I am short. Stability improve with larger fat tires. Powerful. Horn could be better, just sound like tin can tink. Seat is ok but will probably change out for softer one. Not as heavy as other e bikes but not really easy for me to lift up on bike rack. Would definitely buy again if needed. It is fun to ride and use it often when traveling in Motorhome.

08/05/2025 Battery won't charge. I left the seller a message. Hopefully they get back to me soon with a solution. But very frustrating experience. Initially, the charger's light turned from red to green, which is what happens when the battery is being charged. But when I pressed on the on button on the battery it lit up for a second and then showed it was empty and did not turn on again. I tried charging again, and this time the charger's light does not even turn red. There's defenitely something wrong with the battery or the charger or both. 08/06/2025 - Update Seller responded rather quickly and I able to figure out the battery charging part. I still have a couple of smaller issues but I believe they'll be resolved soon. So far, and I've only ridden it for a few minutes, I give it 4/5 stars because the installation instructions are unclear, as a few other buyers already noted. The video is not helpful either. Important information is missing. In addition, the seller does not make it clear that it is not possible to ride the bike without pedaling. Although you do not need to effort, you must continuously pedal to activate the motor.
