Most of the time the panties start coming apart in the crotch because that's where a seam lies in women's underwear. Other times the waistband loses it's stretch or the fabric wears in other odd places. All my panties have holes right in the crotch seam, even newly purchased ones (here's to looking at you, Amazon Basics). These do not. I needed some all cotton underwear. And these fit the bill. I got mine all in black, size S(5) or Small in a size 5, in a pack of 10. They arrived as described. I have no complaints about them. They are great for as we say, time of the month underwear as well as having cotton underwear to spare. You ladies know how our bodies need to breath. They are low rise or bikini fit and hug my hips nicely. I like having underwear that doesn't ride up and these don't. At least from what I have experienced. If they do, the clothes I wear are big enough to where no one can see my underwear line. I am petite, 4'11 and about 108 lbs. so a size 5 works perfect for me. Extra small I wouldn't recommend as it may fit too tight and may cause a lock in moisture or even those annoying bumps you get when something is squeezed or pushed together for too long. I didn't order extra small. This is just my opinion of the size and what could happen for someone around my size. But if you want a snug fit and know your body then by all means, get what you need for you. ... show more

I used to wear this style of this brand daily back in the day. Now it seems like the company is trying to use less fabric and less expensive elastics. Doesn't help that these now sit right in my c-section scar very uncomfortably.

These cotton bikini panties are lightweight and fit a bit lower than other bikini panties I've ordered. They run small, so I would suggest ordering a size up. I ordered the size I normally wear, and they are a bit tight, which I don't like, but I'm hoping with wear, they will stretch a bit. There's not much give in the elasticity but they do wash well.
