The media could not be loaded. [Update Aug 2024] Increasing my rating to 5 stars. The product comes backed with stellar customer support. I had reached out to the seller about the issues I mentioned in my original review. The seller stayed in touch (via Amazon buyer/seller messages and WhatsApp from China number) to address every issue. They shipped me the updated valance and it runs far quieter now! Totally deserve 5 star rating. [original review Mar 2024] Great product if you're ordering outside mount with standard roll. Not so great if you do inside mount with reverse roll. Caveat with inside mount: 1. There's large gap on the side where motor sits. In my case it was on the right and see the picture. There's almost an inch gap. The picture is taken right in front of the blind. Despite of it being fully pushed to the right, you can see it still is offset to the left. Looks somewhat ugly to a keen eye. 2. The actual blind is about 1" less wide than the selected width. Eg I ordered 35" width and the blind is 34" Reverse roll: 1. I ordered the reverse roll but they still sent me an inside(standard) roll! It was only after contacting customer support that I found out I needed to do a lot more configurations to make it a reverse roll. It was tedious to do that for 3 blinds. 2. The reverse roll actually scrapes the valance. So I'm expecting the cloth to actually get worn out pretty quickly. 3. the motor is quite quiet in standard roll operation. But with reverse roll the scraping sound kinda makes it sound cheap. (See video) Oh the positive side, things work pretty good. Materials have a quality feel and seem like they would last long. I haven't set to with Google home(yet) All in all a great product

Price is reasonable, they have all sorts of sizes, they extremely helpful and I’m definitely buying from them again to furnish the rest of my house. It was a great experience. First, it's a good product. Well made, they look good. This is the second one I purchased and I bought it by mistake but of course you can't return/exchange custom made products. So the first one I bought was the one with the wifi dongle, and you set it up using their Tuya app. The app is easy to understand and use, and the wifi works great. This one I bought my mistake does NOT use the app it uses Alexa or Google. I use Alexa and I find their routines clumsy to use and they don't always work. I'm constantly modifying or adjusting and hoping the blind will work like I want it to. So buy the other one and same yourself some headache.

Expensive. However, the fit, the finish and the material are spot on. The install is simple and intuitive. The remote operation set up is just ok, but over all, very good. Very satisfied and will buy another set for another window.

These blinds are easy to install. Look great and the batteries last a long time between charges. Once programmed they start and stop and the same point each time day after day. Our living room has 3 large windows that a lot of bright afternoon sunlight. We programmed all 3 shades to work together with only one remote when we need to have some shade...This is a very convenient feature.
