These blinds are very nice and well priced. If you have any issues you can contact the seller and they will get right back to you to resolve any issues you have. I have all of mine automated and programmed to close at sunset and to open at 7:30 am. They work beautifully and it’s very impressive when they all open and close together. Couldn’t be happier!

Purchased 8 shades for our business, so I purchased the 8 channel remote. The issue is that you can program the remote to individually control 8 blinds, but one of the channels must be used if you want to control all the blinds at once. So I can really only control 7 blinds individually, or all of them at once with the 8th channel. Sort of annoyed by that, but not earth shattering as we will typically be opening and closing them all at once. I also noticed that the fine tuning of the shades to be closed or open could use some work too. Pressing the button up or down does it in larger increments than one may desire if you need to move it just a 1/4 or 1/2 an inch. Instead, it seems to move a bit more than you'd expect with each up or down button press. Other than that, the quality of them shades seem solid, and the installation was very simple all things considered.

We couldn't imagine not having these in our bedroom. They work quite well. Programming the stop points is such a nice feature. Good quality, full blackout, all that it advertises. Would buy again.

The blinds are 1" narrower than what I ordered so a significant amount of light gets through each side. The fabric looks very cheap. Doesn't hang flat when the blinds are down. The motors of the blinds are not the same speed so they don't raise and lower equally. This makes it impossible to have blinds at the same level that isn't all the way up or down. Setting the stops for the motor does not allow for fine enough setting. Either I can have an inch gap at the bottom for light to pour through, or it rests on the bottom and lets down way too much fabric. The remote control is very finicky. It will usually only open a couple of the blinds in the room at one time even though it should operate all of them at once. The automated hub is worthless. It works maybe 1 out of 100 commands and then only operates 1 of 4 blinds. They did not send me chargers for each set of blinds. I reached out and they told me this was intentional. So now I can't charge all the blinds at once. Would not recommend. Wish I went with a different brand. Would return if I could.

These blinds have been a FANTASTIC game changer for me for our bedroom. Insomnia plagues me most nights. Full moon nights and city lights are enough to wake me up. Installing these and coupling them with a white noise machine has made an enormous difference for me. Now let's talk about how EASY they are to install. Less than 10 minutes on each (I ordered one to try and see if I like them or if they worked well, they did, I ordered a second one). The instructional videos are such a great asset. The ease of programming the remote for multiple blinds is impressive, and I'm not overly technical. I've since ordered the side slots to block a bit more light on one of the blinds. I installed one on the inside of the frame, and one on the outside. I found that the inside mount would benefit me best by using the side slots. I'd give these blinds 6 stars if I could!! HIGHLY recommend!
