These are good, basic tablet protectors that do everything you want them to. They cover and protect the edges of your iPad without encroaching in the screen or screen protectors. The Apple pencil (2nd gen) holder is very secure and allows for charging, and the pencil itself is easy to access. The front flap works well as a cover and folds intuitively into a support for angled landscape viewing, and it sleeps and wakes the iPad when closed or open, respectively. I find it easiest to use, when I’m holding it, with the pencil at the bottom, but with the pencil at the top when on the counter for landscape viewing. My wife doesn’t have an Apple pencil, but stores a regular pencil in the slot for the Apple pencil, just to have one near at hand. I got her a dark blue case and got a dark green case for me. The colors are matte and muted and tend toward gray, which we both like, because we aren’t trying to attract attention to the tablets. These won’t show dirt. You might prefer brighter colors (and there are plenty to choose from), depending on your tastes.

This case fits my iPad Pro perfectly! Nice and snug, I do not fear it will fall out at all. I mostly only use at home, so it is not in and out of a bag or purse to be able to say how well the cover stays put to protect the screen. It does seem like the cover might shift around in a backpack because the magnetic feature is not very strong, so if you are planning on doing that, this might not be for you. Mine is always sitting on a desk, counter top, or coffee table, and I want the screen covered at all times when I'm not using it. Charging with the case on is not an issue, the charging cord fits through the hole just fine. My 2nd gen wireless Apple Pencil fits nice and snug in the space on the case, and it charges fine with no issues. While is sits nice and snug, it is easy to push and pop it out with a firm push through the hole on the underside. I really like that feature. I ordered the lavender color, and knew based on some reviews that it might not be a true lavender color, and it's not, lol. It's more muted, more of a grey-bluish color, it's not ugly and I'm totally ok with it. My main goal was to get a case on my iPad asap to protect it from getting scratched up while it sits on my lap or desk when I draw. I only use this iPad for creating artwork, and I feel that this case will serve the purpose to protect it from scratches. I don't think it would protect from a shattered screen should it fall onto my tile floor, but that's what the Apple protection plan is for.

This case is great, it has a spot for an Apple Pencil and fits my iPad very well! It also comes on and off easily and there is many ways to make it stand up. It also turns off my iPad when you close it!

Been using this case for three years. Love the color and it isn’t too heavy. Only issue is the standing feature doesn’t support the iPad super well. I wish it made it stand a little straighter and not lean back so much.

I like the case, just not what I was expecting and not as good as a similar style case I bought previously. The last case was also a random brand, was about the same price, but even so still had a noticeably better quality about it. The reason I wanted try this one is- this case had a slot for the apple pencil, a more favorable shade of green for me, and was available quickly. As the title says, it's an ok place holder, until I decide on a more expensive case with all the features I want, without sacrificing quality. I'll go ahead and rate it on some categories that seem relevant, based on what I look for in these style of cases. Color Accuracy (Displayed Color vs Received Color) 9/10 -Seems pretty much exactly like what I was hoping for, not much to say on that. Material 6.5/10 -I will say I love the soft and smooth feeling of the case, but it is definitely cheap. It feels almost like they aren't even trying to hide it. The way the seams are, reminds me of a 3D printed product that was poorly cleaned up. Don't see this lasting very long, as there are already creases upon arrival. Some seams and cuts in the product are rough, or slightly cracked as well. The "leather" is very thin, to the point I know I need to pay a bit more attention as not to tear it apart. I don't think they claim it is leather or not, so I don't mind about that. Magnetic Cover 5/10 -The magnetic cover is not nearly as strong as I was hoping for sadly. The prior case I bought, compared to this, was a 8.5/10. This cover does not naturally sit flush over the iPad screen and the magnet is weak enough to easily allow shifting of the top cover. If the magnet was any weaker it would be nonexistent lol and on top of that, the soft lining of the cover intended to go over the iPad screen is basically nonexistent already. If I am being honest, I don't even know if there is a lining, so maybe the product didn't even say it had a lining. Hinge 4/10 -The hinge is by far my least favorite aspect. It is so thin, that I feel like if I were to forget to baby it, it will rip clean off. Not only is the material thin, but it isn't even a full width hinge. It is about 65-75% of the iPads width (or length depending on how you look at it I guess lol). Miscellaneous As I mentioned the case seems almost like it was 3D printed, then poorly cleaned out. The back of the case has this like inlayed or etched border? But the cut or whatever is pretty sloppy and uneven. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this, but if you really want a specific color, something quick, and know you are just waiting to get an actual case- then maybe?

It fits my iPad and the pencil perfectly. Though I feel like having to shove the pencil in the way that you have to probably isn’t ideal 😂 I’m not sure how else you’d do it so 🤷🏼♀️ the color is nice but it did have some wrinkled looking spots on it unfortunately but it’s really good for the price. I haven’t dropped my iPad so idk how much it would protect it, but I’d imagine it’s definitely better than nothing. It’s very light and thin so I would not expect it to be nearly as good as say an otterbox, but if you just want a cute cheap extra layer of protection then I’d recommend this. The flip stand thing works well also
