I love this keyboard case combination. The swivel feature is extremely useful. This is by far the most comfortable keyboard case to use either on a desk or on your lap. The ability to turn off the trackpad is one of my favorite features, as there is no accidentally hitting it with your palms while your typing. (I’ve gotten very irritated with other brands that do not have this feature.) I had an issue with the original version that I had received within the first year. However, the customer service to resolve the issue was top notch. The representative made it so easy and took care of the situation very quickly. This is a new and growing company that is constantly working to improve their product, and it shows, as the replacement they sent me is even better than the first version I had. I was on the fence between four and five stars, but ultimately I deducted a star for the mouse/trackpad. Everything else about this is fantastic, however, and I'm super happy with my purchase. For the price, this really cannot be beat. It is sturdy, functional, charge lasts a long time, keyboard is great. I use this daily, and no issues. And I mean i flip the screen around, take the iPad in and out of the case at least once a day, and it still holds it fine. There are a few things that people have mentioned in other reviews I'd like to address: Tabs that hold the iPad in. I was worried because in other reviews, it was noted that the tabs are minimal (true, but it does not take much to hold the ipad in), and that they come loose easily, and rotate themselves, and the thus the ipad can fall out. #1 - I have and angled drawing board built for the ipad that i use for drawing DAILY. This means i'm flipping those tabs and removing the ipad at least once a day. Been doing this for several months and not a hint of looseness on the tabs (my personal experience). Further, you still have to pop the ipad out even when the tabs are open, so I don't really think the ipad would "fall out" right away. MAYBE if you had the tabs open and were being careless, it could happen. But it definitely wouldn't just slip out without some kind a maneuver. Weight. This is a legit concern. I'd say it doubles, or slightly more than doubles the weight (without actually weighing). Not an issue for me. I actually find the extra heft preferable. But if that is a concern for you, there you go. Looseness of the folding mechanism. Again, I open and close this thing many times a day, and flip it around to use w/o the keybaord many times a day. This has been over a period of several months, and it is still as sturdy as new. Mouse. This is my one crit. The track pad is basically useless. This is because you cannot just tap to make a selection, you have to push it down to click. Makes doing mouse activities like dragging, etc. a real pain. Personally, I'm not fond even of good track pads, so i just make use of the touch screen, or an external mouse. So, it isn't really and issue for me, but it feels really clunkily executed. Frankly, though, for the price, they could have left it off entirely and I'd b happy. So there you have it. Really good case/keyboard option - if you can look past the mouse. It is okay but there is a delay sometimes and the keys will not work. I can be in the middle of typing a lot and one letter will just not work. I erase and type again and still nothing. I just spelled typing… and had to press the T like 9 times as I’m writing this review. I’d rather pay more for something more faster. Other than that the mouse pad and certain things are good. I just hate having to go back and keeping trying to get one letter to work. I did normal trouble shooting and it did not make any changes. ... show more

    • Cute but used with cosmetic damage

If I wasn’t traveling I would have sent back for a new one, since that is what I paid for. The case was used and had several cosmetic scratches and paint rubbed off. The case is easy to connect through Bluetooth. It lags so you have to give it time every time you use it. The mouse section is slow and lags as you move it. You have to put a bit more pressure on the buttons for it to click what you are trying to click on. The backlight is nice if you like the chosen set colors they combined. It would be nice to choose one solid color of liking rather than the 3 or a solid white. On a table or hard surface it holds up well, but on the laps while traveling the heaviness of the iPad makes it tilt a bit much more than wanted. Overall the case is cute and I like the color of soft lilac purple it came in. I can’t really say the value for the money as of yet. Missing a star is because of the cosmetic damage which may be amazons faults for not checking their returns and sending unused items or cosmetically damaged items. If also Amazons fault, they also did not add any padding or anything to protect the case while shipping again. It just came in an original oversized box with nothing to protect the case. ... show more
