Description

If one side of your RV awning arm is missing catch sliders or small springs, then he can't work, this product can easily solve this problem. Include:2 slider catch plate Applicable to. A&E 8500 Awning A&E 9000 Awning Easy installation. Step 1. Remove the old slider clips With the awning extended, insert a small flathead screwdriver into the gap between the back and front of the clip. Pry open the back side and remove the slider clip. Step 2. Install the new slider clip Insert the new slider clip into the hole on the main arm from the front. Then insert the lip of the back into the lower sill Place the spring between the back of the slider clip and the main arm Snap the back of the slider into the front piece, being careful not to let the spring out.

It was actually pretty simple. I did use tape to hold the bottom piece and the spring in place otherwise it would take more than 2 hands. it snapped together and so far it works fine.
