When the PC was first received, it didn’t even post until the third try. It also had a dent on the back, and when it was finally fully set up and it started working, it decided to catch fire. I will never buy from this company again. If you choose to do so, that’s your decision.

Great handmade product; I say handmade bc there are some precautions that a big-name would likely have remedied: 1. the instructions instruct owners to “Safety remove the protective packing material with the touch of a button” (which does not effectively describe how to take the delicate glass panel off and is the reason some reviews have shattered panels - this is a manufacturer defect as the instructions are inaccurate) - the glass comes down like a drawbridge with no restraints whatsoever when you unsecured the tab on the rear of the machine; almost lost mine too..! 2. There are clear protective stickers on every smooth surface that you’ll want to take off before firing it up - it’s an Easter egg hunt best done with a flashlight and some tweezers for the harder to access pieces 3. The BIOS flash did not work using the side USB port, only the rear (mine has the ASRock X870 Riptide which seems to be getting fairly regular updates as of now) - obtain the bios from ASRock, not Zotac and make sure to disable the TPM (use the search function) - mine started making a loud whining sound after update; discovered this is due to the fans/AIO pump speed settings being reset when you flash the bios, so make note of your fan settings prior; otherwise the bios has a fan-sensing auto-set button that seems to work well too **lastly, when I changed out the SSD for a FURY I noticed that the thermal pad on the motherboard’s easy-to-remove heat-sink did not appear to make contact with the original card so if you notice the SSD running hot, this would be worth checking ... show more

This PC stopped posting after roughly 45 days, and the manufacturer later confirmed it had a defective CPU from the beginning. Since it failed after Amazon’s 30-day return window, Amazon basically did nothing and pushed me to deal with the OEM, while the listing stayed up. Then the real headache started. Support dragged everything out, gave inconsistent updates, tried to shift blame to UPS, and wanted me to pay thousands more for major parts on a system that already should not have failed in the first place. So now the system gets sent back and I’m stuck with a PC that still doesn’t work because I was not going to dump more money into a machine that was defective from the start. The media could not be loaded. The rig came packaged fairly well - I would prefer an actual crate for something 4k+ plus but the case came in two boxes with ample bubble wrap and internal packaging to keep the components stable. The set up was fairly easy. I only needed to connect the computer to power and to a display. However, you need to remove a good bit of protective film from the fans, graphics card, and cooler IO. Some of which is fairly hard to reach but it is what it is. No issues with booting up windows and minimal bloat ware. The rig also came with extra pin cables and other extras. Cable management was excellent. As for performance the machine performs great. CPU and GPU displays are accurate and temperatures are below expectations even at high load. With GPU temps hovering around 60-65°C during high load during games like Cyber Punk at 4k with ultra setting and RT. CPU performs well and within temperature range also. All in all a good rig for a pre built and can handle pretty much any game. Depending on the games you enjoy, you may need 64GB of RAM. If you intend to do content creation as well as gaming, you should replace the CPU with the 9 9950x3D fo the extra cores ... show more

I wish I could give it a positive review, since it looks great, I love the streamlined width, and the fans are quiet. However after spending 5 hours trying to figure out why gpu not being recognized (after connecting hdmi to the builtin display), I finally decided to check what was happening with the gpu, and found out that the pci connector was bent due to weight. After researching it seems to be common with rtx5090 due to weight, seller even includes a anti-sag bracket but unfortunately it wasnt installed. The likely issue is that packaging wasnt adequate- there was bubble wrap and foam boards here and there, but they were mostly loose and nothing really keeping the heavy gpu in place. A pity, everything else was great, cable management looks professional and lots of extra cables. But for $4,500 cant justify this. The PC itself is physically fine. The exploding tempered glass during unboxing, no so much. I get that tempered glass is delicate, but this was absolutely more “manufacturing defect” than “too rough”.
