We bought this system and it worked AMAZINGLY. Just yesterday I heard a long high pitches beep sound and now my video won't pull up at all. I'm trying to make contact with the seller with no luck. Picture quality, video recording, ease of installation GREAT.     • My Zosi system that I bought back in June of 2022 crash

I'm not sure when it crashed, but it has not work for 3 plus months now. It is always stuck on System initialization. I have tried disconnecting the hard drive and it still will not initiate. Back before Christmas was the last time I look at the System and it was working then. 3 months ago I came to look for something it may have recorded and it was suck on this System initialization that it should not been. It is not connected to the internet so I got no update or anything like that on it. So I would suggest buying another product. I have gotten in contact with tech support yet.     • 40+ emails to replace a broken dvr

Bought the system in March of 2022. System crashed after the company issued a mandatory update. I contacted zosi and started a trouble shooting process where they required several pictures to verify what I was saying was true. I watched several videos and went through all the trouble shooting steps that they required. Once that was done they had me verify my email and my address several times. My purchase several times and then more pictures. The initial contact was October 31st. I received my DVR after 40 plus emails at the beginning of January I had to remove all the cameras that I had previously installed on my home to reconnect them to the DVR. The system now works and I'm being asked over and over again to leave a positive review for their customer service. I explained that I did not think that they did a good job, but they continue to send me emails asking for this review. So here it is I will not be purchasing another zosi system in the future nor do I recommend them. ... show more

I bought this item and didn't install it for 2 years, I installed it now and needed some help so I contacted them thru whatsapp and they were still answering and trying to help me all the way until it was working a 100%, absolutely amazing customer service. Just keep in mind that you have to get a monitor for system setup and some setup changes, otherwise you can connect and see footage on your phone app. ... show more

I already had a wired Zosi security system at home. After seeing it, my neighbors wanted me to install a wireless one at their farm. It shipped and arrived in a couple days, and worked great out of the box. They liked it so much that they even had me buy and install a couple additional cameras. Due to the extreme ranges of some of the cameras ( A couple are 200+ yards from the base station, and even the closer ones have poor line of sight..) we had to buy and install a separate external antenna. The picture is incredible. One day a couple weeks ago, the system stopped responding. It had lost power, and when rebooted, it hung on the opening splash screen. We were unable to flash the updated bios, so I contacted Zosi via email. After verifying that I had done my own troubleshooting homework, they issued me an RMA request with no further questions, complete with pre-paid return postage for the unit. Shipping was reasonably fast and the new (not repaired) unit arrived in great shape. After installing it, it not only works, but it performs faster than the previous unit did (possibly due to updated firmware?) During the entire RMA process, Aimee from Zosi was in constant communication with me, answering my questions and providing me updates. She was incredible. If the other reps at their business are the same, they have the best support team going right now. ... show more

Great value for what you get. However, installation is complicated. The Quick Start directions that come with the system give you only basic instructions. If a full instruction manual or a link to an online manual was given, it would make a far better experience. There are some issues in the Quick Start with camera setup. It states that you must be within 3 meters on the NVR for set up. Does not make clear if is for initial set up. Support from ZOSI is hit or miss. I left 2 phone messages on their support line, emailed them and left a facebook comment. Finally got a message on facebook from them after 4 days. Not the support I was expecting. However, the system is up and running. With better tech support this would have been a 5 star rating ... show more

We purchased the security system and we love it it works good for being able to see real-time views wish it would have had the ability to talk through the camera. We did not know the system did not have a hard drive for recording the videos so we don't have the ability to play back videos it does send you notifications every time a camera goes off if you choose to and it will take like a screenshot of the camera at that time so you can at least look and see if there's something that looks out of the normal but without having a hard drive to actually record there's no way to go back and replay anything wish I would have known that sooner it definitely would not have but this one had I known that sooner ... show more
