    • Hugh at Zosi came through and replaced the bad camera. The system is now working great.
I purchased an eight channel Zosi system and one of the cameras quit working after four days. I contacted Amazon and was told that I would need to return the whole system to replace one camera. The system I bought was not a wireless system. I had purchased PVC conduit and buried the Cat 6 cables to the eight outdoor cameras so digging up all the cable and uninstalling the whole system was out of the question. Amazon will not replace one camera even though they sell the cameras individually. Zosi is no better. They are dragging their feet and it looks like they will not replace the camera. So, be warned the cameras are $70 to replace and you will get no help from Amazon or Zosi if you end up in my position. So, Hugh at Zosi did the right thing and replaced the camera and I'm happy with the system. Everything is working as it should. ... show more

This product is OK for the price. I replaced old system with this & it surprised me. Very easy set up & it pretty much configured itself & no frustration. A month later one camera went bad (of course gotta have an issue) & I contacted Zosi tech asking for replacement. They Slina & Fannie worked hard responding to my emails giving me instructions. They really went all the way getting me replacement quickly without delay. Really appreciate Slina & Fannie's help. Add one mote thing I requested communicate by email & they did that 👍 👍 If you're on budget this system 8 or 16 channel is the one. Update 6/2023 Sad to add note that the system is good but unfortunately cameras don't last long. I have to buy another camera to replace again. NVR itself OK but not the cameras ... show more
