These cameras work great for our application. They are a little fragile until you get them installed, you definitely do not want to drop one, we did and the lens cracked but that was OUR fault. They are well made, metal casing, nice long cables to attach to the system, the infra red works unbelievably well. You have several options on how you can adjust these and the detail they pick up in 1080P HD mode is unbelievable. We have 2 monitoring our wood shop and when we saw wood in there, you can see every tiny piece of particulate the dust collector misses. These are so detailed, it helped us dial in our dust collection system even tighter. With the Zosi system, you can watch your security on the system in the building, on your PC at home and even on your cell phone. As with anything that has a slight degree of complexity, it is recommended to READ THE DIRECTIONS maybe even twice, if you do, installation is a snap. The hardest part of install is just running the cables and customer service is great, they were very responsive to the few questions we had and they have several really helpful video's on their site that walk you through all of the options and functions. ... show more

    • I bought this to replace one that has began to sweat inside the lens.
My camera system is about 3 yrs old now and it came with 8 cameras. I have one on the north corner of my building that never really gets any sun to dry it out. The lens went foggy inside and it blurred the image, so I bought this one to replace it. I'll replace it and see if I can take the old one apart to clean it and keep as a spare. The other 7 cameras are still going strong. UPDATE: I replaced the old camera with the new one and the picture is perfect again. I took the old camera apart, it's easy to do. The front lens just screws off. I cleaned the fog off the inside of the protective lens and the picture is perfect again. So now I have a spare. If someone has this camera with a sweat problem I advise you to take it apart and clean it before you order a new one. You don't even have to take it off the wall, just unscrew the lens counterclockwise to take it apart and clean the inside and screw it back on. ... show more

It’s kind I’d hard to differentiate who’s writing a real feedback, who is writing a fake one either because they got a discount or something free or I guess because someone pays them. Then of course there are the negatives that you can’t tell if they’re writing it because they’re in a bad mood or if the product just sucks. Well I’m in a pretty good mood, but this camera sucks. First off the listing said “ships today and you’ll have it by tomorrow” then I get an email saying “eh it will get there the tomorrow after we ship it out”. Now come on! The reason I picked the camera in the first place was 1) it was a cheap one I could keep as backup and 2) it was supposed to be here the following day. Well it still got here in two days but then that’s totally irrelevant at this point because it arrived DOA. So I guess all the feedback saying “save your money this product sucks” was actually quite accurate”. So shame on me for not believing them. I even know they generally speaking people will be more honest in the negative reviews unless it’s a really spectacular product, which this isn’t. Oh and I should probably mention this camera is a mini version of the full sized ones most people get with a dvr camera set. So your screw holes will most likely have to be re-drilled to fit the smaller pattern and if your house has been painted by a painter that just paints around stuff. I hope ya got spare paint. Anyways, save your money and get a better camera or take a chance and you may get one that works. You’ll most likely get the one I’m sending back if you order one of these so if that happens don’t get angry. It’s not like you weren’t warned. ... show more

I had a great experience with the Zosi team. I am starting a business and the building I’m leasing already had some cameras and a DVR in it. I reached out to Zosi for help in setting up and switching the DVR’s account over to mine. The customer service rep Jar walked me through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to reply to my emails. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. I ordered 4 of these cameras as some of the one installed in my building didn’t work. Set up and installation was a breeze. They include a guide to help you line up the holes that are required for mounting the cameras to your surface. I would definitely purchase these again! Thanks again Jar!
