    • Perfect mesh for my bioactive barrier.
Size: 18" x 18"
I've laid out clay balls, followed by the mesh barrier, and my soil on top. The width of the mesh holes maintains a perfect barrier so the soil doesn't seem through into the clay ball layer. I have rooted plants and the roots can grow through the mesh to create stability for the plants, no issues there. Overall a very easy to use and good value product. P ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for my bioactive terrarium! But if your boi likes digging get 2 sets because it leaves a gap in the middle and on the sides where they can get under since it dosent cover the soil completely. Used it for my 40 gallon

Seems like it’s a good product that serves it’s purpose well, but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it had a chemical smell to it that I didn’t like. But that didn’t seem to harm the plants.

I’ve seen this in stores for much more money. Good to have on hand if you plan to make a terrarium and want to keep the layers separate. A little sand got through, but that is to be expected.
