The media could not be loaded. First, the bike straight out of the box, had issues. The sandpaper piece that you stand on was peeling off. The bike seat had a hole in it. The right headlight did not work. The back guard for the tire had deep scuff marks. The handle bars also had terrible scuff marks. I contacted them right away and they responded extremely fast. They assured me all of these issues happened during transit. They offered to send me parts to fix it myself as well as 50$ paypal. I did not agree to this. I said i'd prefer to just return the bike. They told me because it's not their fault for the issues, they will refuse the return. I contacted amazon support, and amazon told me that they, the seller, said I caused all the issues with the bike and that I agreed with them to send me replacement parts, so the issue was resolved. None of that was ever true. I was able to do the return request through an amazon rep, since the seller refused to do it. They stopped responding to me after this, too. After 2 weeks they kept continuously closing out the return request. Also, the charger sent with this had european ports and felt very cheap. I refused to charge it a single time in case of a fire. I would suggest looking elsewhere for an electric scooter. ... show more

    • Bad battery
The battery does not hold a charge I'm only getting about 4 miles on a fully charged battery before it's at 0% can't contact customer service
