I got these insoles for my wife's plantar fasciitis and she feels like they're doing the job. The insoles provide support around the heel and arch area and she mentioned it took some getting used to in her shoes. I had to trim them to fit which isn't unusual, but that was the easy part. The insoles are a bit thicker than standard ones and the foam is a lot more rigid to provide support. My wife has high arches so the arch support works well for her. The combination of plastic and foam takes getting used to but after wearing them daily, she hardly notices. Her plantar fasciitis flare ups have subsided since she started wearing these insoles but she also has gotten into stretching her feet to help with the pain as well. I think these are pretty comparable to the more expensive insole brand, but that's just my opinion. Good product!

Pero están muy gruesas y al poner dentro del zapato queda muy apretado el zapato 👟 aparte que están muy anchas se nota el borde por un lado o el otro. La corte de acuerdo al zapato pero a los lados o en el talón no se pueden cortar!

I broke a foot a few years ago which was bad enough, but numerous ongoing problems have occurred as a result. I walked differently after the injury, favoring the tender, healing foot. That caused problems with sciatica, knees, and plantar fasciitis. Prior to the injury I walked a minimum of 5 miles per day. I tried to maintain that, but the plantar fasciitis began causing intense pain about 6 months ago forcing me to stop. I've been searching for inserts that would allow me to function in my daily tasks, exercise, and hopefully promote healing. I found some that could provide me with enough pain relief to get some work done. Others would help me longer, a couple would even help me make it through most of the day without extreme discomfort, but adding exercise to that was another matter. I was doing good if I could reach 3000 steps per day, going for a walk was out of the question. When I saw these inserts that claimed to be good for sports I thought I'd give them a try. I put them in my shoes the day they arrived, trimming to the proper size. They were not so thick that they caused my shoes to fit improperly. They have made an amazing difference. I'm trying to take it slowly so I don't cause more injury to the affected areas, but I'm gradually increasing my steps as I work my way back to a minimum of 10000 steps. Most days I'm hitting around 7000, I've been unable to do that with any inserts other than these. They offer support, but also provide a springiness to the heel area absorbing any shock. That's just what I needed, the hard heel cups of some products may support my heels in the proper position, but they cause me a lot of pain. I've tried some inserts that help when I have shoes on, but as soon as I take them off my feet are in agony and I hobble just to get around. Again, that has not been an issue with these. I wear them all day, but my feet are able to handle the little bit of walking that I do inside my home between my shower and bedtime. I couldn't do that before, I had to wear shoes at all times, so this tells me that my feet are improving. My sciatica and knees are improving too, another indication that these inserts must be helping. I know everyone's body is different, what works for me might not help the next person, but if you've been searching for an insert I encourage you to give these a try. They've made a big difference for me, maybe they will help you too. I'm very happy with this order. ***About me: Integrity is very important to me. Great, 5 star insoles, they just feel particularly supportive and comfortable. They also seem more breathable than my standard insoles. I use them in work shoes and they give that athletic sneaker feel.
